The only complains we have are it leaves the clothes a little more wet than what we would like and some items get very tangled together making it difficult to move to the dryer.

Well, 3 Years and almost 9 months

I see the price has come down some, but honestly, less than 4 years is kind of shameful. I would not buy another whirlpool.
