Surprised by this Whirlpool product

Turned on and it allowed cold water in with no problem. I turned to a hot setting and a loud bang and water started coming out from under the top control panel. Service is not quick and I will know more soon. Currently, not a happy customer

Love all the different settings! It even had a guide of what setting you need for different types of clothes, sheets , blankets, etc . I recommend this washer!

Sometimes when pushing the start button nothing would work. I would have to unplug the washer then plug it back in after a few minutes and retry. That would usually work. Best Buy came out to "fix" the issue and they had to send a part to me to "fix" it. They came out a second time and they had ordered the wrong part. Still waiting for that part to come after a week. Very disappointed.
