As long the job is washing clothes, this thing does it. Not the quietest, but it sits in outside laundry room so I don't care. It washes very well and no smell like the front loader HE washers. It gets clothes wet, soapy and rinses them.

I love my new Whirlpool washing machine! It uses less water and cleans my clothes very well! Yes, it's a little noisy, but I knew this before I bought it. I close the laundry room door and it's not a big deal. Definitely well worth the money!

Just wanted a basic washer for a vacation home that would just get light usage. This washer fits my needs perfectly. Yet it is high capacity and does an excellent washing job. The only thing that I dislike about it is that if you want to add softener you must monitor the cycle and manually add it at the appropriate time. A dispenser that you could fill at the start would make much more sense.

It is designed as a very user friendly, it is very to operate the washer. It is very quiet, no more noise when rinse and our clothes are very clean after we washed. Proudly Made in the USA!!!

The washer and dryer takes less water and energy but the issue that I noticed is that it makes lot of noise when its running.

Overall it seems like a good washer, it is noisier than my old Kenmore as it goes into the next cycle and still not used to hardly no water but washes the clothes well. I don't like it that it has no automatic softener dispenser as you have to be right there to stop it for the final rinse.

I miss the traditional way of adding detergent while water is running - need to adjust to adding detergent first and then add clothes - not use to the conserving of water - lock feature is annoying sometimes to add clothes - it's quiet - large in capacity - and great visual and break downs for someone who is learning to wash

I love my new washer. I was hesitant ordering it because it didn't have an agitator but it cleans everything I put in it and without the agitator I can put in all my blankets & comforters

Upgrading from a very old unit to this was amazing. You really dont know what you are missing till you have something better. Takes a big load, cleans well and is very quiet.

Cleans well. Some cycles are very noisy. Water level adjustment is confusing. Can't be set by user. Has options for 1 or 2 rinses with or without fabric softener, but there is no dispenser for fabric softer. Would be nice if selected to use softener the machine would pause so you could add it.

I purchased this product as an upgrade from the older models with the long middle agitator. I am not a fan of the front loads (a little overrated). The 1st thing I noticed, there was no agitator, that it like the older models. I didn't think it would clean the clothes efficiently. However, this product has worked very well.

Was skeptical with no agitater and does not fill all the way up, but to my surprise it washes great, no fighting with something stuck under edge of agitater,blankets , towels all fit great come out nice and clean. My only word of caution when u wash big blanket put in a circle around outside of tub or it comes out like a mushroom in middle. ( still clean ) all laundry spins out very well has cut drying time in half from old washer!

This machine can hold so much. I like that it has knobs rather than digital. Been there done that. Stick with this brand as it has been around for years and years. My top of the line Samsung only lasted 4 years. This whirlpool was a great price and so far so good

I am thrilled with my new washer that we purchased at Best Buy!. We went with the top loading for spacial reasons, without the aggitator. It is so nice to be able to do larger loads, that come out so much cleaner! I will say that due to the "smart" technology, the cycles take longer, as the machine decides what the water level is and that takes awhile for it to sense. I did find I need the "2 rinse" option. The single rinse just wasn't enough to thoroughly clean out the residue from the soap, even with the reduced amount. Other than that, I am a very happy camper!

A little noisy but cleans well. Wish I was told there was no fabric softener dispenser.

This washer works great! If I knew it would last a long time, I’d give it 5 stars. I have none of the problems other reviews have said. It doesn’t “walk”, it cleans the clothes great, and doesn’t take that long for it to run its cycle. It has a huge drum that washes so many clothes at once, and I really love it.
