Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.machine was broke from first day: very loud motor. have been dealing with local service provider and whirlpool customer service for over 2 months without resolution. the motor was ordered but now clothes are being ruined by gray dirty water. whirlpool only says "there's a process" requiring local service repairs and we want what we bought: a brand new working machine rather than months of trying to get a new machine "repaired". Never buy this model and 2nd guess Whirlpool for their crappy customer service
