It does not sense the weight of the load; I heard a loud clanging and saw the washer bouncing across the room. I had it professionally delivered and installed. It also does not have an end of load warning.

The agitation is done from the bottom and there is no stem like the older machines. We have found that it doesnt clean as well as my 30 year old tank that was half the size. We have had to run the clothes through a couple of times to get the results we were looking for. Yes, I am using HE soap and putting that at the bottom first and selecting the correct options at the top.
