I washed a load of towels and when the cycle ended and I took the towels out, they were very heavy and wet. I had to run them through the spin cycle again and it didn't help much. Then of course I had to run the dryer twice as long. I thought maybe I over loaded it, so I put only 4 towels in a ran it. Same problem - they were just as wet. Best Buy was kind enough to switch this washer out for a better one .
