This washer works great! If I knew it would last a long time, I’d give it 5 stars. I have none of the problems other reviews have said. It doesn’t “walk”, it cleans the clothes great, and doesn’t take that long for it to run its cycle. It has a huge drum that washes so many clothes at once, and I really love it.

Got the washer on sale and it was a solid deal . The washer has worked better than expected and not a single tech issue . Loaded with cool yet useful features and setting . Only reason not 5 stars is because when In spin cycle almost sounds like washer is going to topple over . Other than that great investment.

I first bought a GE washer, accidentally ordered the wrong machine. Best Buy was absolutely wonderful and exchanged that washer with this Whirpool, which is what I had originally intended to order. So glad I purchased the Whirlpool, it is heads above the GE. This machine is very quiet, adjusts water level automatically. It handles large blanket loads easily and has never gone off balance - which the GE washer did on every load. Also, having the tub without the impeller is so much easier to get clothing and bedding in and out. Overall extremely happy with this purchase and Best Buy's customer service!!

Purchased this washer to replace our 20 year old, top loading washer that had a center agitator. Works well, installation by Best Buy was smooth and simple. Cleans clothes beautifully. Getting used to all the different titles for the wash settings, but the amount of choices allows for washing however you need to - comforters, delicates, really dirty kids clothes - and it all comes out great. Happy we went with this version; felt we got a good unit for a good price.

Overall it seems like a good washer, it is noisier than my old Kenmore as it goes into the next cycle and still not used to hardly no water but washes the clothes well. I don't like it that it has no automatic softener dispenser as you have to be right there to stop it for the final rinse.

Love the fact that it has no agitator, I can wash large objects like comforters, etc. I also love the ease of use of the controls. I prefer dials to rocket science digital controls. Most of all the price was good!!!

I really like how easy the setting are to set. Like the spacious it is without the agitator. Cleans my clothes way better then my last machine.

It takes a while to get used to an HE machine for the first time. They make different noises, and do actually take longer to wash than the old agitator washers most people are accustomed to. But I am happy with the results I have had. And I like all the different cycles I have to choose from with this machine.

If you want simple but get the job done consider this product. Convenient for blankets too. However not having a place were to pour your softner for the rinse cycle makes you be near or inconvenient to redo since it can take forever to wash since it needs to sensor the weight. So technologically is not always better since it's not on a timer due weight.

First new washer I've ever bought. Great price , East and efficient

This is a water sparing but does have a cycle that allows the tub to fill up. Best feature is the huge tub. The cycles are longer than a traditional washer but seems to do the job. Also lots of settings that we are still trying to test. The sounds it makes are interesting...at one point it sounds like a plane taking off. Overall we are pleased with the purchase.

This washer is really roomy, a big upgrade from my old washer with an agitator. Clothes come out clean. One time when wash was a little wetter than expected and just did another spin cycle and it was fine. Wish I could actually see how much water is used. Washer locks and it can't be opened until was is complete.

What can you say about a basic model washing machine? Works as expected. I like that there is no center agitator column. (Easier to get the load in and out). Simple design without a lot of things that can go wrong. However there is no place to pour fabric softener into, it just goes in the load at the beginning. Price is reasonable, since at this level there is not a lot to look for in terms of special features.

My previous washer was digital and the mother board got fried, so the repairman suggested I get a mechanical top loader. So far this washer seems to be working very well...and although it's the same size as my prior washer there is significantly more space. Time will tell if it lasts longer than the digital washer, but as of now I have no complaints.

Bought this Washer to match a dryer we bought a few years ago. The washer works well and without the large center agitator it is easy to load and unload. It does have far too many options, which are not clear as to what they do. Too many options that are too complex for such a easy task. My 25 year old washer that this replaced was nice and simply and worked great.

The washing machine is quite. It cleans well as long as you dont put too much in.

Love the washer large capacity i plan to go back and buy the dryer to have the matching set great price too

Very quiet operation. Super Large capacity. Excellent buy for the price. Cons, no dispenser for fabric softener.

Recently bought, works well, washes good and has good capacity space.
