U can't change setting after u start it without losing all the water that is all ready in it. Maybe energy efficient but hard on the water bill if u make a mistake. Just wish I did more research on washers before I bought this one

We made sure the washer feet were on an even level but the problem persisted. Best Buy will be sending a replacement tomorrow. I'm keeping my fingers crossed not to experience the same problem again.
