Kid you not. Had a hard time undoing the knot. Did it two times. Never seen a drier do that before. It was hilarious. A little on the noisy side. Because I got it along with the washer and the washer was just as evil had to return them. These things were possessed.

We're not happy at all, it leaves marks on our clothes specifically on jeans from the fabric softener. Best buy won't let us exchange it because of the 15 day policy. I thought Best Buy wants to keep their costumers happy, I guess it's all a lie.
