This machine holds a lot of laundry and gets it clean.

I really don't like this washing machine.There is no dispenser to put the fabric softtner. You have to wait until light comes on and then stop the machine. I have missed a few times because i was busy so had to start over. It doesn't seem to get the clothes clean, sometimes there is still a film of lint on sheets.

I definitely do not recommend this product. Initially worked fine, then of course after the return period, the machine started to make a high pitched squealing/squeaking sound. This machine is supposed to have vibration control - what's that? There is NONE. The high pitched sound continues to get worse and worse. it sound like a belt is loose and/or flapping while the machine is in use. Are my clothes really getting clean? Now I am stuck waiting 2 weeks waiting for repair because of the manufacturer's warranty. Geek Squad won't come out despite paying for a 3 year warranty. I paid a lot of money and feel like I am stuck with a lemon.

I got a good sales price for this washer. I brought this washer as a gift for my mother with a 5 yr protection plan. I liked the washer that much, I went out two days later and brought the same washer. It's a Good washer my first Whirlpool product, It's Not as loud as others wrote, If you read the manual it will explain what the different sounds are. For the first wash it did shake a lot which did give me a concern ( my fault overloaded the washer, I was tempted by the large basket size 25 sheets at once smh @ myself). However, by the second wash It didn't shake bad at all. The manual does tell you if it shakes bad then that means that the four legs under the washer should be adjusted or you can used a wooden wedge to help support the vibrations. So far not a bad washer. I barely hear the washer when it's on, I got up several times during the wash cycles to double check if it was working. The Energy efficient washers are so different from the old washers that I'm used to owning. In my opinion the non- EF washers have loud wash cycles and spin cycles. I'm getting used to having a washer that doesn't fill up with a lot water this washer determines how much water is need when you add your clothes to the basket, cool feature I think. Oh and you will have to by the he detergents or pods for these washers. I hope my little opinion help someone out whose deciding to buy this product.

This machine bounces around so much. That it doesnt stay level or balanced. I wouldn't buy again.
