Okay washing machines but the water control system doesn’t allow enough water sometimes for a good washing

I love how it takes half the time of our old washer.

I purchased this washing machine in December and have been very impressed with it. It is quiet, quick, and very effective.

Purchased Sept. 2018. Very poor washer. The water valves are so loud I hear them turn on and off throughput the entire house, despite having water hammer arrestes on each line. It needs to be set to two rinses or it will keave soap stains on all dark cloths. Tried different detergents, temps, the works, nothing helps except extra rinses. There is no indication of how long until the cycle is until complete. Definitely do not recommend.

Install did not work have to get a plumber didn't leave washer they put trash in my barrel .after done washer is fine

Sending it back. Way too noisy for the first floor. Seems to wash clothes ok

Sometimes the sensing feature doesn't work right and enough water is not in the machine to wash the clothes properly

Not enough water is put in to wash clothes properly. Soap and softener sits atop laundry or only saturated clothes actually in the water. Better to get a high efficiency washer that is front load or a top load thar is not high efficiency (and good luck with that).

So far the product is working great I am pleased .

My GE washer broke down 2 month ago and I have only use it for around 3 years, hope this one will last more than 5 years.

I bought this in 2019 and used it frequently for a couple years. Occasionally it would get stuck in the middle of a cycle and stay locked. Eventually, occasionally turned to frequently and frequently to each time. It’s now unusable because it shorts out before the spin cycle.

The delivery people were excellent. They took the Whirlpool machine out of the box in front of my house. They hooked it up. Put the machine on a cycle to run for the first time. Went to use later with a load of clothes. However, the machine never completed the first time wash. Called Best Buy but they were unable to help because the drivers were not back yet with the delivery manifest. The rep said it sounds like a defective Mother Board. Best Buy attempted to deliver a second Whirlpool Machine but there was another issue. The delivery men were very understanding and took back the second Whirlpool machine. Purchased a different brand instead. Still was loyal to Best Buy.

I haven’t Had any issues out of the washer. Easy to use and does what it’s supposed to.

Should have researched before buying. Two major problems: 1) No control over water level. I've resorted to washing everything on the "deep water wash" cycle, but that's really a misnomer. 2) Even though it has a setting for 2 rinse cycles, the locking lid makes it impossible to add fabric softener.

Have been using a week What I like: 1. washes pretty decent, but I still had to handwash a very dirty item in a week. 2. Fast lest than an hour wash 3. Easy to use ( for those who is bad at complex menu) 4. Easy to install, my husband installed in 20 min. 5. Easy to add bleach. There is a place where you pour bleach, but you also can add much more and set on soak for 30 min. What I don't like: 1. Pretty loud. Makes weird noises, but ok if it's in basement laundry room. I wouldn't put it on the main level. 2. No softener dispenser. If you want to use a fabric softener you need to open it at the certain time and add it manually.

First time using it. It was clanking bad. Best Buy was no help in getting a replacement . They told me since I didn’t buy the extended warranty they couldn’t help me. Had to contact whirlpool and the installed a new transmission instead of giving me a new one. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again!! Lost my business

I have residue left after final spin, regardless of what type of detergent I use. Various stains surface or deep are still visible after wash cycle is complete.

Do not buy this washer It is always off balance and now it wont spin out
