First called the store to place the order, person never called back so ordered on line. That person made a mistake on the order making me wait a week to get appliance installed. when they delivered the washer it was bent. so had to wait for week to get second washer. Installers were dirty and made bad remarks in language I do speak too well. Washer is a mess just grinds the clothes, washer does not fill up enough to rinse well, clothes are all twisted togehter, no softener dispenser. I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This washer wrinkles my clothes so badly that I have to put everything in the dryer to get them out. I read the owner's book cover to cover and tried everything it said to no avail. I am so heartbroken about this. I would return it if I could.

Unfortunately only has 1 yr warranty... with only 2 ppl using it 1 x per week it should have lasted significantly longer then 18 months!! Very disappointing!

So I wash smaller loads more often. If you have to stop the washer to re balance anything, it resets itself. I absolutly hate this washer !

Not worth it

The lid lock switch went out and then the control board. Bought Whirlpool dryer in 2017 as well and in 2019 had to replace the timer sensor. Not buying Whirlpool again.

Absolutely the worst washer

Balancer inside busted first time and this time the until just stopped working... Done with this machine but yet I have to wait 3 times before I can get a different washer with my warranty. Ridiculous...
