I'm not sure if it's the unit or the geek squad installation that went wrong but for the time being I would not recommend this washer.

Overly vigorous spin dry sets in wrinkles. Clothes come out in compressed mass. With old washer (30 years old) never had to iron iron free clothes. This washer has added more ironing. Wish we could afford to junk it and get a new washer

The darn thing was so loud, I thought I had a motorcycle in my garage! And now my replacement washer is acting up too!! And the insurance plan is a joke too.

I also don’t like the water sensor that can’t be overridden. Very disappointed.

Good value for the money

Didn't realize it didn't have a detergent dispenser or that it was so noisy. That being said it has great capacity and does a good job of getting the clothes clean.

I love that it doesn’t have an actuator and you can put a lot of clothes in each load and clothes still come out cleaner than when washed in one with actuator.
