Clothes come out half wet. The only cycle that somewhat works is heavy duty with pre soak and two rinses and even on this cycle you will have to prewash 50% of the time. Just took out sheets, one set of sheets, that were washed twice and they still dont seem clean and they were not even that dirty. Dont waste your money or time on this.

Already broken

Right now I’m not happy we will see if they can finally fix it it’s been broken for two weeks. Might have to switch out the whirlpool.

Sometimes they don't even get all wet. Now we set it on Deep Water, Presoak and 2 rinses in the hopes that our clothes will be sort of clean when they come out. It also doesn't agitate the clothes at all. It just makes a clicking sound when it should be agitating. Someone from Whirlpool is coming to look at it next week. Hopefully we can get one that works properly.

I had technician come to my house to check it out.was told the bearing were bad and these washer do not last. Bad investment
