Like water and detergent conservation features and ease of operation

I am not sure how this machine got the stars it got. I understand it's an efficiency washer but every single time i used it, i had to fill a 5 gallon bucket twice to make sure there was enough water to cover the clothes. After a while, I got tired of the Little House on the Prairie action of fetching water and took the loss and got another machine.

Received today. Excited to start using it in my new house and it has being crazy. Starting with a sensor that detect how much water does your cycle needs. Put heavy loads and and was filling it with little water. Clothes on top stayed dry. Very slow motion over an hour and half to finish a whole cycle. Switched to hot water and wasn’t working. Overall I believe that has some sensor issues.

I really enjoy this product. Everything I wanted and more!

Did not fill with enough water. Too difficult to operate and was leaking from bottom. We returned it a week later.

The machine gets the clothes clean , and saves on water.

Best Buy provided a pretty good service, unfortunately the washer was defective and had to be returned.

Basic reason for a washing machine is to clean clothing. This Whirlpool WTW5000DW does not do that. I have had to re-wash many items by hand after washing in this machine!!! We've had this machine for just over a year. I hate it. BTW, I'm 70+ and have had a few washers over the years. Don't buy it.

Working great. No complaints. Very nice and quiet.

Had the machine for 3 years and just gave up yesterday. I probably do 3 medium loads a week on it. I expected to last longer.

It is very difficult to find the best wash cycle that will obtain the proper water level for the wash. It never seems to be be enough water for the wash.

Bought a brand new whirlpool washer from Best Buy on Skibo Rd in Fayetteville, 2 weeks after delivery the washer runs until the spin cycle. For some reason the machine does not complete the complete washing cycle. Of course the store staff told me I have to deal with whirlpool... I will not buy any other appliance from Best Buy

Had problems with the machine from the very first load. Washer did not want to spin right &/or clothes would be soaked. Took over an hour for one simple load to wash. Ending up returning washer for a different brand.

Good machine missing only softener try system to add the softener not when it operate as it need to open and interfere with the operation

I absolutely do not like this washer. The clothes ball up and get tangled together. I have tried everything. I had to buy this washer because it was the only one that would fit in the spot. Do NOT buy this washer.

Machine is difficult to use and now after only 60 days it’s broken.

New machines (most brands) regrettably don't have the ability to manually set the size of the load. It is done by the machine which is a lousy feature. No center agitator either, as that is done by a new spin method. Loads take forever to complete and clothes aren't as dry as in my previous machine. I did research before purchasing but regret buying anything on the market now. Had I to do it over again, I would buy a refurbished 20 year old machine when they were quality products. New and improved is only new, not improved.

I did not like it at all. In fact I returned it to the store and Best buy was awesome. They delivered a different one and picked up the whirpool at the same time no extra charge

Not into it not having a center agitator, I don't feel like it really cleans the clothes all that well

Purchased Dec 11th, 2021, it’s April 9th, 2022 and the drain cycle is already not working. Called Whirlpool and they want us to find our own repairman and pay the bill upfront and they will reimburse us once they receive the invoice. Do not purchase this washing machine.
