The operating instructions is (1) sheet. The front is in English. The back is in Spanish. I've went on Whirlpools website, searching for additional operating information. I could not locate any additional information. If Best Buy can point me in the right direction, do gather additional operating instructions via Whirlpool, it would be greatly appreciated!!

Shred your clothes

The clothes are have a lot of residual water regardless of the cycle used. Additionally, I’ve noticed my clothes are starting to fray and wear out after a few months. In 30 years of washing clothes this is the first time I’ve had these issues.

Broke right out of the box

Waited over 30 mins for wash cycle to kick in after presoak. Wash cycle never started. This washer did zero loads of laundry. To be fair, the next different washer we tried lasted 2 days. Extremely disappointed. Buyer beware.

Posted .We are sorry you are unhappy with the design of the Washer. The Department of Energy standards state how much water any water-based appliances can use, and our washers meet all of their stringent guidelines. We would recommend balling up the clothing similar to the size of a soccer ball, and place around the agitator one at a time. We would also recommend stacking it up so it is around the sides and the agitator plate is visible with all of the clothing around it. Do not fill up past the 2nd to last row of holes in the basket to help avoid overloading. The bulky cycle will allow more water to enter the tub, but will not spin on the highest spin setting. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the design, and can note your concerns.

You are actually washing your clothes in a puddle of water. None of the features work on the machine, the knobs are pseudo electronics, merely for show. These high efficiency machines are garbage, you couldn’t give me one for free! Spend the extra money and get a normal washer that actually uses water like the good ole days!

Whirlpool wash machine

I didnt notice that it doesn't have a place to put fabric softener. 3 weeks later i went to best buy to ask a few questions, another salesman told that this is not a good one for comforters. And it was $40-60 less. Now I'm stuck with it.

Dryer had a gas leakage and washer wouldn’t fill depending on soil level . Very sad and disappointed with products. Hopefully the Samsung will be the odds .

Need to send it back

The first one did not last as long as I thought it should, but considering the current situation I took what we could get. However, I have only had it 1 month and I need to send it back. Half of the cycles don't work. It gets stuck on the "sensing" phase and will do that forever. Sometimes it will start to put water in and stop. IDK.

It shakes so violently that sit hits the wall and has caused several dents. Service repair has been out to try to correct the problem but it has not helped. I would like a refund so I can purchase an adequate washer before the warranty runs out and I am stuck.

OMG IT IS HORRIBLE

Got it! IT SUCKED! Yep....never ever buy a Whirlpool. We went back to BestBuy and they agreed with me that the product is horrible. Replaced it with no problem at all. The water never drained out. After the clothes were done we had to run another just drain and rinse cycle. We exchanged it for a Samsung and that one is the best we ever had

Constantly leaks oil and water and makes the whole house smell like a mechanic shop. On top of that it does not get the laundry clean. This all started within a year of having it and now it’s just not at all useable anymore and have only had it a few years.
