This washer really gets cloths clean and does so efficiently. As was the case with the dryer use instructional material was less than complete. The documentation never mentioned that dials should only be turned clockwise (they will spin both ways) and never should be touched once the start button has been activated until the machine has completed its cycle.

This washer handles both small loads and large bulky loads like blankets, and has sensors that provide just enough water to handle the items without wasting water. I like the double rinse feature that can be turned on or off. Only thing is I would give it five stars instead of four if it had a hot water wash/cold water rinse option.

This is my first washing machine without an agitator. So far my clothes are just as clean and it seems to be less wear in them. The only thing I did not like is there is no dispenser for fabric softener didn't realize this when I bought but other than that great machine.

This machine washes your clothes with minimal water level and keeps them clean! The price is good and it’s a great machine highly recommend it

Exchanged a smaller washer for this Whirlpool Washer. It is very spacious, fitting lots of dirty laundry! Easy to use.

Feast to load large items or lots of clothes. Gets the clothes cleaner with less stress to fabric. Helps the clothes last longer. Runs smooth and quiet.

This washer does not allow you to set the water amount. It is supposed to sense it and I think that sometimes it does not use enough water to wash the clothes. It makes a lot of noise as well. Also, I supposed to get free shipping but I was charged the shipping charge.

Its quite machine, doesn't use much water. I find my clothes is clean (stains and odor removed) but it docent smell like fabric softener or detergent. I also find If i add too much clothes or sheets, it doesnt smell fresh at all.

Does a great job at washing clothes and large bedding items but is very LOUD and takes a really long time to run through the wash cycle

I read a lot of reviews for front-loading washing machines. Too many people complained about the water not draining completely and it causes smells, even mold. NOT THIS MODEL. This top loading machine is much less expensive. Wash cycle is much longer than our old washer, but the capacity is much greater. We're happy with our purchase.

Purchased in a hurry or I would have spent more..glad I didn't. Takes some getting used to new water levels, no agitator, etc...clothes come out clean in a bit longer cycle than I am used to. I miss a manual control to soak whites longer during cycle (lid up on old machine) so I am still testing options to get white socks perfect on first wash. All in all I like it and would buy it again...

I didn't want to buy a HJE washer. But, that is all that the industry produces now. The wash time is too long. Too many hesitations and 'do nothing' time. Most of them have no agitator. And the explanation of how these washers operate sounded like a "re-invent the wheel" proposition. For instance, The clothes gently rub together to remove dirt. If you want gentle, that's what a gentle cycle is for. The impeller is supposed to move the clothes around I did a wash consisting of two cotton throws. They held the same position from start to finish. It saves water and power. The deal breaker on this Whirlpool was the water levels. It was explained to me that "the water level covers the clothes". Not on this machine. The water didn't even come close to covering the clothes. I will say that the spin cycle was decent, However, if the water never saturates the clothes, there is less water to remove on the spin cycle. I returned it and picked GE, which I will review later...

from purchase to installation, it was great customer service. Washer had a great price for floor model...works great.

I bought this Whirlpool Washer with a Whirlpool Dryer sixteen months ago! So far so good! It’s very sturdy, and meets all my basic requirements. However, it may not be suitable to wash something that is very heavy and big. Three months ago (right after the one year warranty), the washer started making loud noises and I thought it was broken. Fortunately, I was wrong. It was because the washer was not leveled. After, I leveled the washer, and the loud noises were gone.

I have had a Whirlpool Cabrio in the past. This washer does not compare. There is no place to put your detergent or softener. It cleans the clothes good, but is very very noisy!

Can put lot of clothes in washing machine because there is no agitator. Takes getting used to the sensors. Uses much less water.

It does what is expected of it very efficiently. All the other reviews that says the machine is not good must read the user manual first and then select the detergent that is recommended and everything works perfect.

I love this washer and the size!! The price was great too! The only thing this washer doesn't have is the end of cycle ring which my old washer had. I have to keep checking to see if it's done washing or not. That's the reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. I am still getting used to using it but so far I like it a lot.

Reviewed this washer on line got a lot of good reviews and some bad. I decided to purchase. It has been about 2 months since purchased all good so far cleans clothes very well. Have not tried comforters in it yet though. Very happy with this washer I would recomend it anyone looking for a decent washer at a decent price.

The size of this washer is my favorite part! It takes big loads and fits my king comforter! You do need to be careful the load is balanced otherwise it makes a loud banging noise.
