Customers are saying
Customers are impressed with the 4.3 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Top Load Washer's cleaning performance and large capacity, finding it easy to use and a good value for the price. However, some customers noted that the washer can be noisy and that the lack of an agitator, less-than-ideal spin cycle, and absence of a fabric softener dispenser were drawbacks. A small number of users also reported reliability issues.

Good value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this model for my 87 year old mother after review of 4 similar models. This one seemed simple for her to use and one that she could easily reach the bottom of the tub since she is 5 feet tall. She has used it several times and seems to be very happy with it. Best Buy gave me a great deal on it when purchased during Black Friday deals and installation was great with disposal of old machine.

A great combo washer & dryer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My old dryer finally quit after 25+ years and I decided to get a new gas dryer and washing machine from Best Buy. I was rather hesitant about the new washing machine with no agitator but was assured by the sales lady (Jessica) that they worked great, The reviews I read confirmed this. I purchased a matching washer and gas dryer which were delivered a couple of days later. The delivery crew were professional and courteous. I would recommend these units highly.

Good low budget option (but a bit... loud)
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: - Cheap and easy to use, so it's a good low budget option (especially if you don't need to do tons of laundry). - Plenty of room to handle sheets, towels, et cetera. - No agitator in the center, which makes it easier to load and unload even with bulky items. Cons: - Seems like even when I play with settings to try to find a short cycle, it still takes a longer time for a load to be done than with any other machine I've used. Not a big deal if you're not planning to do a ton of laundry though. - Definitely not the quietest washer I've ever used. Like anything else, you'll learn to tune it out pretty quickly though.

Great washer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this unexpectedly to replace our old washer that broke. It is a great purchase and the wife loves the amount of space in it without the old fashioned agitator in the middle.

a good basic washer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a good basic washer that can wash seven pairs of jeans or a sleeping bag. It took some getting used to putting the soap in first, but it has worked well on our laundry the last two months. We like the rinse cycle, soil level, and water temperature options.

My 28-year-old Washer died... glad I got this one!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a General Electric washer for 28 years until it started leaking like a sieve and I couldn't figure out how to keep it from leaking. I knew eventually I would have to part ways with it, so I started shopping around to see what the best replacement would be. Looking around a good bit online brought me to this Whirlpool Cabrio. So far it has performed tremendously well, and I am glad it is easy to use. Now if it will just last for 28 years I'll be completely impressed. ;-)

Solid washer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this washer in conjunction with the dryer. Great capacity, especially since it is just one model step up. This washer has all the options you will ever need. You may get a washer with more, but realistically how many washing options will you use? Nice and quiet, too.

Pretty decent washing machine,
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a pretty good washing machine for the price. It's not very loud. It does a good job. And it's an HE. The only thing I didn't notice that it doesn't have a place to pour fabric softener. But I use a fabric softener ball and it works great. Overall for the price it's a good machine.

Good Enough
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We didn't want a washer with all the unnecessary bells and whistles, and without an agitator. This washer will suffice for those that want a large-capacity washing machine. However, it is difficult to get use to the water-save functionality, so be mindful of that when considering.

Good for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a decent washer for the money. It's simple in operation with no real bells and whistles, but does what it's supposed to do which is get the clothes clean. Only one thing I would like better and that would be if wasn't quite so loud.

compare to my previous Kenmore washer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.compare to my previous Kenmore 70 series washer, this washer takes a long time to finish job and it is not powerful wash as my previous one. If I realize the loading level I chose is not enough I can not change to a higher level during the progress (sensing or wash). Once the progress has been stopped, for eg, I want to change my selection, all the water will be expelled even if I want to keep the water using for my new selection.

one complaint
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.there isn't anywhere to put softener in at the beginning of the wash cycle. I had to buy a downy ball or remember to go to the washer and add softener during the rise cycle. i should have paid more attention prior to purchase
