we purchased this washer and dryer set to replace the Whirlpool Dueit pair we purchased 8 years ago. the new set are so quite and vibration free we hardly new they are hardly operating. unlike the old set. We are impressed with that! We liked the old front load set but our new washer and dryer work a 1000% better!!

there isn't anywhere to put softener in at the beginning of the wash cycle. I had to buy a downy ball or remember to go to the washer and add softener during the rise cycle. i should have paid more attention prior to purchase

Great washing machine. Easy to use and very spacious.

This machine seems great so far. It is very quiet and all of my clothes feel very clean. Sometimes in the bulk cycle, it acts like it doesn’t want to spin. I haven’t decided if that is a fault in the programming, or what. Overall, great machine.

I recently replaced my old Whirlpool Cabrio with this newer model. Great price and it works great too!

Washes laundry well, but after only having it a month I had to unplug and plug it back in because the lock for the lid kept clicking every few minutes. Not a quiet washer.

Very easy to use, plenty of space for large loads.

Issue with going out of balance with large items that I didn't experience with my last one. Also doesn't pause to add or indicate when to add fabric softener, though it has a setting for rinse with softener.

Again, we were going to purchase from Sears but decided to look at Best Buy. We doing what we were looking for. The capacity is two times what my old washer was so washing clothes doesn't take as long

Bought this washer for my grooming shop. We do a ton 9th heavy towels. This washer hold a lot wand cleans great.

This whirlpool washer has a large capacity at a very reasonable price. We are very happy with our purchase.

So far so good. Delivery guys were nice and were in and out quickly. Even replaced our old hoses. The HE washer has a much larger capacity than our old agitator top loader. Saves tons of water and also seems to get the water out of our clothes better allowing for shorter dryer cycles. Great bargain price and recommended. We'll see about whether the price has any effect on longevity of the appliance. That is my only concern at this point.

The machine is built well and does a good job washing. Read manual . Must not overload. It's extremely loud when changing cycles. Don't sit it right next to dryer. Get warranty . Geek squad was horrible

This washing machine is definitely a step up from my previous one. The lower water level of high efficiency took a little getting used to. However, my clothes are clean and am looking forward to a lower water bill!

I am still getting use to the low water levels and no agitation. The clothes come out clean though. I always select deep water wash and two rinses. Maximum capacity. I never fill washer. Very loud.
