So glad I didn't get sold on all the fancy lights and buttons (more things to fail in my opinion) and glass doors. It's not like I'm going to sit there and watch my clothes being washed. Whirlpool has really come through with this model. Auto sensing water fill and only needs about 2 TABLESPOONS of detergent! Very quiet and very efficient. Do it.

Works great. Doesnt come in black. Noisy. Doesnt spin as tight as my old maytag.

So far I like this machine, only had it 2 months. I have to wash some REALLY DIRTY farm clothes which works well when I use the double rinse cycle. I can't believe how big it is. I could fit in this machine:)

Bought the Whirlpool washer and dryer. I read plenty of reviews and this model has what I was looking in a washer. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. Easy to use. Very happy so far. The delivery men were great. They set up the machines for me and were very friendly.

Bought this basic washer to go along with our basic dryer.. Works well, cleans clothes GREAT but sometimes when you push the start button the machine stays in "sensor" mode until you press the button again. Not such a big deal to me because my last "fancy" washer didn't clean my clothes that great but every button worked easy.... It doesn't bother me to re-check to make sure it's on because at least I know that my clothes will be clean when it's done.

Washes great and plenty room for bulky blankets easy for teens to use.

The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't' have a bell to let m know to put fabric softener in. Otherwise. I love it. Hated my font load washer and went down to this and it does a great job.

This is a basic whirlpool washer that gets the wash done. So far no issues. Folks have this model WTW5000 and has worked fine for them as well.

This machine is noisy, and it leaves white marks on my black cloths where my other machine didn't before. I wanted to love it, but I just don't.

Purchased during a great sale, so price couldn’t be beat. I read some mixed reviews, but, decided to try it. Glad I did! Washer is quiet in my small condo, does a wonderful job cleaning. Love the large tub, and had no problems washing a king sized comforter. Only thing I miss with this wash machine is there is no fabric softener dispenser.

Purchased open box. Minimum dings and scratches. Missing adjustable foot. Large capacity washes clothes well.

Good washer. Nothing really fancy, but just what we needed. Our old washer lasted 34 years. This is our replacement. I hope it lasts just as long. :) Great customer service and install from Best Buy as well.

Everything is great! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it sounds like a phone is on a vibrating table. Not too loud close the door pretty much slices it but noisier that I would think.

Overall a good washer. Cleans clothes quickly and doesn't cause any damage. It can be a little loud while the drum is spinning even though it has been leveled and the basin is balanced.

Easy to use and large drum. Can do large loads for my family of 5.

The self sensing system works well, easy to use, seems to be efficient

Easy to operate and has enough functions to accommodate washing clothing, bedding, delicates, etc. My complaint is noise level is very loud.
