No agitator in middle, more room for comforters and sheets.

When I 1st got this washer I hated it. I thought it was broken because it didn't fill up with water and didn't like that I had to put clothes in first then add detergent. But once I read the instructions I loved it. It's wise to place the clothes in the washer along the outside of the base this way when you put the detergent in its not directly on the clothes but on the bottom of base. It takes a little longer to wash but I can fit more clothes in so it balances out. Even though it uses less water it still washes great. Overall a good washer just read the directions first and you will be ok.

If you are looking for a nice BASIC Washer that is dependable and simple to use you have found it. I wanted a basic unit and based on what was in store this had the most VALUE for my DOLLAR.

Works for the most part. The part that dispenses the fabric softener is already wonky. Cleans well.

Being retired it works great especially since we don't really get our clothes that dirty. The only problem is I want to add more water but the clothes we wash come out clean.

I'm very satisfied by the large tube and how the machine wash. It make a lot of noise while adjusting the cycles, but that's fine as long as the clothes get cleaned.

I love this washing machine. It is huge and can handle any load or queen comforter I have. I didn't realize just by loooking at it how big it was. It works efficiently and does everything I need. The options cover everything I could ever need. I am very particular about doing my laundry and this meets all expectations. Thanks Best Buy!!

I've had this dryer for a couple months now. It was cheap but it works like a charm. The only downfall is there's no fabric softener spot to fill.

Love all the room in the tub since there is no agitator. Love all the different combinations of settings. Washer does shake quite a bit but overall it cleans well & that's what I need it to do.

I don’t like the fact that fabric softener cannot be added at the beginning of the wash cycle. I feel like a prisoner to my washer waiting around to add softener.

This washer is very loud and juse seems like it's not woring correctly. Honestly I thought it was defective at first. But then I did some research and realized that's just how these washers are

Different than older style washers. Takes longer to wash because of the sensing but clothes come clean when directions are followed. Learning experience when getting used to it.

Works well and was a great buy. Easy to use and gets clothes clean.

I love this washer. It has so many different settings. And really love the bulky setting for my sheets and pillows. The price was very reasonable and it was delivered for free. I plan on buying the matching dryer this year when I get my taxes. I would recommend this to anyone that has a large family. Very pleased.

So far, so good with this washer, but time will tell. I do like being able to but blankets in the machine without fear of it going unbalanced like my previous agitator washer did.

Really great washer! We've had it about a month and have no complaints. We can fit a ton of laundry at once and it all comes out super clean. It's also a pretty quiet washing machine and the water sense feature is great for conserving water and money.
