Not sure why there were complaints about this machine, it works perfect! Like my daughter says, READ THE DIRECTIONS!! Remarkable machine, doesn't take any time at all. Cost & time efficient. Noise not an issue! Worth every penny. Delivered & installed courteously & efficiently. Thank you Best Buy & Whirlpool, would definitely recommend

I purchased this washer after looking online at a few. It has a large capacity and I love the fact that it has no agitator. Still playing around with the settings, but good overall

We had a 12 year old Maytag we'd purchased from Best Buy that FINALLY laid down and went to that great laundry mat in the sky......thus, on a quest for a replacement and decided on this Whirlpool. After one month and ALOT of use, we can say So far So good! This machine takes a bit of getting used to, but if you READ the simple instruction manual, it does what it's made to do very well.......... just a bit differently than we're used to. Some reviews complained this machine is noisy (IT IS NOT), just makes some different sounds than we're accustomed too. Some folks noted it didn't agitate as their old one did; that's due to a design we're not used to, with a "Wash Plate" system that saves water and energy. This too works just fine. Lots of quick and easy features allowed with single button setup, or you can custom tailor the wash for whatever you want..........Again we've tried it all and this machine has delivered. A great machine for a great price, Whirlpool and Best Buy passed this test with ease. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The washer works as advertised. I like the large load capacity and I am happy with the noise level. It vibrates more than my old washer (1980 vintage) when washing towels.

This washing machine is easy to use and has a huge capacity.

It is perfect except that there is no where to place the laundry detergent Andy no where to place the softener. Simple to use. No fuss

Because there is no agitator, we can easily wash blankets and quilts. Even two sets of sheets at one time. The only disadvantage is that there is no detergent or fabric softener dispenser. You have to remember to put the detergent in first, and add fabric softener when the washer is full with rinse water.

It does make a lot of noise as stated in previous reviews. And I've had quite a few loads come out with the clothes having a white film on them

It took me a few times using it to know which is the best mode to use for the type of clothes being washed. I have only had it a few weeks but so far it has served my family well.

Washes well. Silent. It is HUGE! Easy to work with.

Load capacity is great. Does not wash any better than my old machine. Stains clothes if they are loaded on top of undiluted detergent. Been having issues with the locking mechanism, does not lock on every wash cycle. This is the 2nd washer we have had.

Hate this washer!!! We purchased this washer and dryer last year, and had it delivered and set up in mid September 2020, it’s a piece of junk. Everything gets all bunched up and the laundry never seems clean enough. It goes off center easily, especially when doing heavy laundry and the top locks so not easy to stop and rearrange laundry. Also, when you wash sheets they all end up inside of one sheet so I don’t feel like they get clean. Bought this set for the Whirlpool name and Made in the USA but it will definitely be the last whirlpool and agitator-less washer I ever buy. There are much better washers on the market, I wish I’d have done my homework before purchasing.

Can't say anything about its durability, since I have only owned the machine for a few weeks. What I can say is its magic. You put in disgustingly dirty clothes, touch a couple of buttons and the clothes come out perfectly clean

Have used this washer for a month and a half and no complaints here It does a good job of sensing the water level so you don't get detergent residue A little noisy but very happy overall

I bought this Whirlpool Top-Loading Washer for about a month, the washer always off balance when it on spin mode make a really loud noise, the problem occur it can't open and fix the clothes inside to make a evenly, once you start a cycle the washer must finish till the end, the only way to cancel the cycle is to hold down the bottom for three second, after that you have to start the cycle all over again.

Washer and Dryer have large capacity and work great.

I have this washer for 1 month already. This whirlpool washer is very easy to use. All you need to do is to put all your dirty clothes and detergent in to this washer and close its lid. Then it will run by itself. It washes my clothes very clean. It run very quiet, too. I hope it can last 20 years like our previous Whirpool washer!
