We were due for a new dryer/washer combo but didn't want anything with any computer/touch screen options as those types of machines tend to have problems more frequently. The price was great and it does its job efficiently. We can't complain especially since our clothes definitely comes out cleaner and better smelling than before.

High capacity, a little noisy but not too bad. Works very well!

Sometimes the items being washed just stay floating on the top but I think that’s because it doesn’t have the middle agitator

I was renting washer Nd dryera for $40 a month and fianlly decided to get my own after 2yrs which i should have done a long time ago. This washer is Very good for the price they clean very well even my kids daily school cloths am very happy with the purchase and great service from best buy which included free setup install and delivery.

We like our new washing machine. It does the job for us and replaces our old machine that had finally worn out. While it took us a few days to learn how to best use it, we now find it quite simple to operate and it really does do a great job.

The machine is working very well....I had a Whirlpool before this model as well.What I'm not delighted with and is missing from my new washer is the following.... I didn't realize that this machine did not have a timer, that told you approximately how long that particular cycle would take....the model before did....I liked knowing when the wash would be completed. My previous Whirlpool only lasted under 8 years! No place or dispenser to put soap into....I must put the soap directly on the items to be washed! So far, machine is washing properly!

I don't like the fact that you are supposed to put the fabric softener in half way through the cycle. not able to stand around and wait for the cycle to get to that point!

I was pleasantly surprised with the wash quality. I am used to the inside agitator, this doesn't have one. It has a number of settings for various load types and wash cycles. It is wonderful. Washes well on all temps and cycles.

We’ve had this for a month now. Generally happy. One issue is that there is no setting to pause before the runs cycle to add fabric softeners. Otherwise works well.

Easy to understand all settings, cleans clothing very well

This washer is very gentle with my clothes. I have been able to wash a comforter without any trouble. Only downside is that is a little loud but other than that I am happy

Purchased this machine for my mother. She enjoys it quite a bit. It shakes a little when running through a cycle but nothing that makes it annoying. Overall a solid machine.

I really like my new washer and dryer. They're water and electricity efficient. The washer is a little noisier than my 30 year old washer was but I'm happy.

It’s great for large or small loads. The only thing I don’t like it doesn’t get the pet hair out even with the lint balls that I got.

This washer is good if you don't want to spend a fortune. It does a good job. The only thing I don't like is the spinning round can be a little loud and shaking.

this washer has lots of room for blankets, coats and other large items.so this feature I love. you have to use the right detergent HE. if not the wash will take very long to complete.

I bought this washer after my ge model died (wouldn't fill or spin) ... This one works pretty good even without the agitator.

Doesn't have all the bells and wistles but this is a very good machine so far. I would say the only thing is that it is a little loud at times. Cleans great. Good price!
