We wanted a no nonsense washing machine without all the electronic options and found it in this model. The only down side was that it diid not have a dispenser for fabric softner.

Has done a good job for us so far. Button to start wash feels cheap. But overall it’s good.

Wasn't sure if I would like the washer without an agitator or not, but now that I've tried it--I do like it. Clothes get just as clean.

I love that I can do large blankets but I don't like that I can't fill it with water and soap before putting in the clothes

This is exactly what we needed. A simple washer and dryer. The washer and dryer are easy to use. Just set the controls and the laundry is taken care of. The instructions are very useful. We like the Geek Squad service to set up our washer and dryer. Thank you Best Buy and Charity for your help in the selection.

This washer cleans well and you can wash large loads.

My last washer broke, and proceeded to flood eveywhere. This one not only washes clothes but doesn't leak! ya! It has a huge canister to load your clothes in and does a really good job doing it. Many options to pick from for cycles too. Whatever you do, please install a washer pan underneath your washer...

Unit is fairly loud and shakes during spin cycle. Wouldn't purchase again.

Large tub inside , can thou still touch bottom. Quieter and larger than old washer. Like just plain knobs, not all fancy stuff. Clothes come out clean. No softener drawer but I barely use anyway, it lets you add later. Really happy with.

This is the second model of this Whirlpool washer that we have owned. We had the previous one and only got a new one as we left it behind in a move. This washer is efficient and gets even the largest loads clean. We are very pleased with it.

This washer is far superior to the very expensive Kenmore that I just replaced. The tub holds a nice large load! Delivery men set it up perfectly so there is no vibration or movement during spin cycle. Very happy with this washer and it was a reasonable price.

A little loud but otherwise I am very happy with this purchase. The free set-up and delivery is such a money saver! I will be returning when I need other appliances.

Love it with the exception that I didn’t realize it does not have a fabric softener area. Must catch it during rinse.

It is SOOOO much better than the last one I had. Its bigger so it can hold more. It has numerous settings. So depending what your washing there is a setting for it. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it and I'm happy I made this purchase.

Whirlpool is a great brand! I love the large capacity, stainless steel tub! I would definitely recommend this washer!!!

Didn’t like the low water that washes the clothes but it a water saving washing machine. The good thing is that it washes the clothes clean. The bad thing is that you have to wait for the rinse cycle to add softener if you don’t have softener balls.

This washing machine cleans well although it's rather loud. I like the absence of the center agitator.

Had to replace a Whirlpool Cabio washer with this. DISAPPOINTED. Very cheap model that's replaced a much better model. It's Noisy, NO SOFTENER or DETERGENT holder. All the praising of this thing is blowing my mind. Its not that great at all. My opinion, pick another model.

This washer is perfect for first-time home buyers, rental properties, and apartments. The washer is very quiet, and once leveled, does not shake or rattle like some other washers. Very well made with great wash cycle options (perfect for most users). If you don't need bells and whistles, this is perfect for you!

So far we have had no issues with the washer, the only thing is that it is quite loud even with the laundry room door closed.
