There is no fabric softener dispenser and the lid locks for the rent cycle so you can add fabric softener for that

Takes a little getting used to not having an agitator and having to put the detergent in first.

Have a washer with all the do- dads! Broke down and would have cost more to fix than what it was worth. This washer is a no thrills and hard working. No problems so far and very happy with it! Want something that will work and got it!!!

This top loading washer is much more ergonomically friendly and convenient to use than the front loading washer that it replaced. The clothes are easier to load and retrieve after washing. Washer was economical to buy and also energy and water efficient. Can’t go wrong with this one.

Good cleaning, but seems to take longer than previous machine. Also spin cycles leave clothes pretty wet.

The washing machine seems to run well. I like the fact that it does not have an agitator. No complaints.

Very nice washer. Took a few loads to learn how to operate. Did have one load with vibration, had to stop and replace load. Very happy with the washer.

I love my new washer. It is simple and easy to use (not a ton of bells & whistles). The capacity is just right and since I'm a short person it is important that I can reach the bottom of the spinner. A good choice for me and it does a good job cleaning my clothes..

The new machine is great. Wish it had an energy star rating so it would qualify for a com ed rebate. Gets my clothes a lot cleaner then my old machine.

This is a good overall washer for the price. It only downside is that it really vibrates during the spin and it twists up the clothes pretty tightly.

The machine holds a very good amount of laundry and has plenty of wash options to choose from. Only complaint is that it can be a little noisy.

First HE type washer takes some getting use to. Keep forgetting to put detergent in first. Has more knobs than the standard washer. Auto water sensor saves water but I did notice the second rinse option is best for larger loads or if you put too much soap in the washer. Like the small agitator, it makes it easy to load and unload. Time wise it seems to take longer per load (about 55 min compared to my old traditional washer of 45 min) It would be nice to have a countdown timer to indicate time left to finish so I could be read to move the contents to the dryer.

I have noticed that the machine leaves lint or white spots on dark clothes. It doesn’t fill up with water and I don’t like that.

This is a great machine. The inside is large enough to wash a king comforter. This is my first washer without an agitator. Different but ok.

Good washer for price. Solid appliance gets close clean and is very easy to use.

Great price, large machine. However when used first couple of times, clothes smelled like old sweat socks, not fresh at all. Called Best Buy and tech said using too much HE detergent, to only use TWO TABLESPOONS! Tried this and it worked with Tide with Febreze. Did NOT work with Arm & Hammer.

We went two months without a washing machine when ours broke after 8 years. This washing machine is large takes bulky blankets and the clothes comes out so clean. Great machine.

I like the water level sensor! My first time without a center agitator and I don't miss it! Fit perfectly, matched my existing dryer-happy

First time buying a new washer. Looked at every single one and did my research. This one was the winner. Its lightweight but built strong! Doesn’t make a lot of noise and gets clothes cleaned. I absolutely love washing clothes now lol
