It works okay the water levels are a bit difficult to understand and within 27 days of purchase was spinning out of control and had to get the manufacture to come out and fix it so honestly I would think about getting a protection plan but I don’t recommend and since after 14 days of being outside of exchange it has been more of a headache

Once leveled better it has been great. Quiet just normal clicks changing from for example rinse to wash. Does a great job washing clothes. Has a bargain price. Have ran it through quite a few loads of different types and am very pleased

My washer was working but was older & I decided go ahead & replaced it when my Dryer died: a HUGE ERROR ON MY PART! Extremely NOISY!!! Washed items seem OK, see no spots, but: this Washer is VERRRY NOISY! Do regret purchasing a Whirlpool product: SO NOISY & CONSTANTLY NOISY!!!

The washer is working well so far. I have the same model washer but it broke down in less than six years.

My old washer machine stopper draining so we decided to purchase a new one, we wanted something without the agitator because we constantly are washing sheets and bulky items. Thus washer cleans very good and it's actually quicker than some of the reviewsite I read before purchasing said it was.

This is my first HE washer. It was easy to use and it came with easy to follow instructions. Also got a good deal/discount for both washer & dryer.

Our first one didn't agitate. The center didn't move at all. It would start then a flashing spin light would come on. My recommendation is to make sure it actually works before the technician leaves. It's a pain to exchange through Best Buy otherwise. The second one works wonderfully. It makes some noise in all the cycles, so if it's super quiet, yours might not be working. Make sure to leave a big circle in the middle when loading, and try to balance how much clothes are around it. I've never had a problem with clothes or sheets tangling.

I’m absolutely so happy with this washer! Very quite and my clothes comes out so clean!! I wash about three-four loads of clothes every single day so when I tell you that this washer is amazing it’s because it is simply amazing!

Ok if you haven't had one of these new washing machines yet, be prepared to read directions. You will hear some new sounds and clothes come out dryer. Good news is it works great for me so far.

Capable of large loads without spin cycle imbalance. Appearance good. Washing cycle options plentiful. Hope kit lasts

The washing machine works great and saves water. The only con is that the cycle takes a little long. Oh and it is a bit loud

Only have done a few loads. Can wash pretty big loads. Clothes came out nice and clean. Happy so far.

I'm liking this washer so far. Has basic knobs that clearly say the specific wash type and so far runs perfectly fine. It was replacing a super old washer that was requiring repairing constantly. If you want a simple, cheap washer that won't break the bank, I suggest getting this washer!

I was nervous about a washer without an agitator, but it works so well and cleans my clothes. I love all the options on both machines!

It's fine, has no noise can handle sheets,rugs,rowels. It's efficient but dials are flimsy. It's cleaning well but doesn't remove stains as expected.

Great washer for the 2 of us, still only have to do laundry just once a week, so it can handle what we put in it.

I returned this item because it did not have a soap detergent dispenser nor did it have a dispenser for the liquid fabric softener. I had to pour both of them in the tub on the clothes. I had to wait for the rinse cycle and then pour the fabric softener in.....it would stain some of my clothes!

I like the washer very much. With no agitator it does it very well. You don't have to worry about anything . It fills the water according to amount of clothes you wash. Cleans clothes really well

Saves on water, saves on detergent. My most liked feature is the option of being able to rinse the load twice and since it only uses the water required for the actual load it makes the clothes less subject to soap and dirt residue.

Top loading without and agitator is great, however it is very loud and a different sound than a regular washer.
