I like the washer very much. With no agitator it does it very well. You don't have to worry about anything . It fills the water according to amount of clothes you wash. Cleans clothes really well

Pros: senses the water level needed. Large capacity, less loads. Cons: lid locks, wash cycle seems to take longer than previous washer.

This is a great washer at a great price. It is reliable and we highly recommend it to anyone needing a reasonably priced way to wash their clothes.

works great. wish I would have done a little more reading. It doesnt have a place to put softener. you have to add when prompted to. so I just use pods with downey in them. great washer for a person just starting out.

Works great, but much louder than I thought. And I love the size of it with the lowered agitator which allows me to wash blankets easily

Had no clue buying online that this washer did not have spinner in center and no place to put fabric softener. What you have is a very large area to place lots of laundry and then you put in a refillable downy ball that opens in rinse...Quite a Surprise but clothes are clean...

Beyond happy with this washer! Uses less water than older machines only uses what is needed to clean the clothes does have a deep water wash option which is nice. Holds a TON of clothes! Everything comes out clean! I have no complaints! Love love love this washer!!

We've had the washer for about a month now and everything seems to be working just fine. For those that are complaining about wet clothes and soap residue and such, READ THE MANUAL! Our clothes are coming out clean and ready for the dryer, without any ringing out of extra water.

This was purchased on sale, and was delivered and installed on time. It's a simple top load, no nonsense, large capacity washer. It matched closely in appearance to a 10 year old Cabrio dryer that is still going on strong.

There is no agitator, therefore the sounds are different than the ones who have one

The washer was a great deal price wise! I was surprised tho it had no fabric softener dispenser! But I guess I have to buy the pods or washing liquid with the softner already in it! Otherwise I love the washer machine over all!

When doing blankets and or sheets, use the deep water setting or else the items will not get wet

This washer is great for meeting my needs as a single dad with 2 kids. Capacity fits our requirements. Great styling and options. Minimal noise.

I purchased the washing machine in May 2017. It features more loading space due to the absence of an agitator. It is easy to operate.

This washing machine is nice. It is big enough for a king size blanket/comforter which is a big plus.

Wow. This is probably the worst washer I've owned in my adult life. I had no idea there was no way to dispense fabric softener and one must guess at when the wash cycle is over to try and get softener in the wash. Deep Wash? How is it a deep wash when it only fills the tub less than half full of water? I needed a "deep wash" that would fill the tub full of water. This is maybe double the water of the HE load and certainly wouldn't qualify as deep. Extremely disappointed. I've had other HE machines that do a better, quieter job of sensing the load and supplying adequate water. I'm trying to find someone to return this to the store for me. It is not usable for our laundry requirements. Did I say I was extremely disappointed?

So far a nice washer. It takes some getting used to. It makes some weird noises but it works. You also have to ise the new type of detergent.

It runs good. Very quite and easy to use. I would reccomend this purchase

Does the job and works great and I love that it doesn't have and agitator in the middle!
