Purchased this as a floor model and got a great price. So far, the machine is working fine.

Washer works well- I was unsure because of comments on water level a but there are different settings that use more water.

The washer is a little confusing. It works great although I’m not sure if it’s my tide pods or not but I have these white stains come out on my black clothing so I’m going to switch to liquid. And wish the washer didn’t always exactly lock.

The washing machine is quiet when it is running and with out the center agitator it can hold a lot of towels and large loads of clothes.

We bought this as a replacement for our 15 year old washer. It is excellent although a little bit louder than we anticipated.

It’s a little bit more simpler to handle than I’m used to. Great for saving on amount of water used.

I had my new washer delivered on 01/17/2020 @ 1:30 PM. The installer told me to let it run through one cycle, then I could wash my clothes. It never finished the cycle. The washer stayed locked for 2 HOURS. When it finally did unlock, the washer was full of water and WOULD NOT DRAIN. By 5:00 PM, I have called Whirlpool 3 TIMES and none of the people, who are trained to troubleshoot their products, could find a way to get it to drain. ( You could not start another cycle because there is water in the tub.). Finally, the last associate from Whirlpool I talked to told me that since it was just delivered today and since they couldn't resolve the problem, have best buy pick it up and bring me another one out. I called best buy to inform them of my problem and all they could was sorry, but there was nothing they could do until the third party installer closed out his deliveries for that day and to call back on Monday.

great on conserving water and energy; a little loud while it's sensing how much laundry is in the machine, but it's not too bad; overall, I absolutely love this washing machine and have recommended it to friends.

Wonderful product.. Did some research and this was the washer for me. Works as advertised. Will buy the matching dryer as soon as I pay this off, Delivery went off without a hitch. Great product.

The Washer is so far good. However, It makes strange noise when it runs. And need to wait for more time for the washer to judge the load

So far the washer is great but still trying to see if the water levels are correct because it dont fill up like my older model.

This is a no frills washer that gets the job done. However, it’s a little noisy when the spin cycle stops.

Lifesaver. Needed replacement washer and this was large capacity with good warranty and good price with free delivery.

This doesn’t get all the clothes wash. I went to get clothes out. clothes on top were dry and pickup and still smell like my work. It doesn’t tell you when the last rinse is so you can add your softener. Very busy can’t stand around and try to figure it out.

Order date 12/28/20, delivery date as promised, 12/31/20; BB rep & delivery guys on point. It’s been just 1 day shy of 1 month since delivery of our Whirlpool Top Load Washer, but we must say, it’s a pretty amazing machine in comparison to our previous washer with agitator which caused “agitation” when tangling occurred-pun intended. Who knew that this WTLW with a more spacious drum (no agitator), multiple wash options, producing excellent outcome, lower water bill (water level sensor) & great spin cycle would be suitable for our needs? Note: Must use HE detergent as described in the manual. I encourage reading through the manual & you’ll be set! Thank you Best Buy & Whirlpool.

I really enjoy my large capacity washer! To me the best feature is how much it can hold; I can wash bedding without filling the tub beyond capacity. It also runs quiet.

it is very easy for me to use it ,but my wife have difficulty adopting into it , she still like the old one

This Whirlpool top loading washer without a center agitator gives you a larger load for a more efficient cost and spins the clothes almost dry, thus decreasing dryer time. And it doesn't take up any more space. So far, a really good product!!

I have 3 kids and was constantly. This machine has a large capacity and cuts m ywashing time by a third from my old machine

delivery was on time , nice guy, so far seems to be working fine
