I purchased this to replace the same model from 6 years ago. This newer one runs better has dials instead of buttons and has quite a smaller footprint in my basement even though its the same capacity. This is an excellent washing machine.

Amazingly capable washer for the price! Very spacious capacity; able to hold comforters along with all the sheets AND the kids' blankets. Even better? I have yet to see the load be off balance (a major problem with our previous washer). Recommend without hesitation!

I was worried about not having a agitator and my clothes not being cleaned properly in my washing machine due to always having one. But this washing machine is great! no complaints

Good price, works great. The only downside to the washer is there isn't a place to put the rinse. You have to time it just right.

Got this washer for my 60+ year old mother to replace her 15+ year old set. Much larger unit. Went USA made, less digital display as possible. She is very happy with unit; especially with the size (much larger) and the noise reduction (from previous model -Kenmore). This was the 2nd unit - first unit delivered was out of balance and shook "like crazy" just in the test run. But easy enough, just a few phone calls and Best Buy Geek Squad exchanged it out and had another one on its way. Free delivery and setup on the washer & dryer is a no-brainer. My mom was a little skeptical of course with a washing machine with no agitator stick in the middle but she is pleasantly surprised at how clean everything is and how much she can wash at one time! She can even use her Shaklee detergent in her "he" only machine.

I love not having an agitator in the middle, the way that it senses load size so I don't have to, the multiple options for wash, and the push button start! Can literally have a load going in 30 seconds!

We pick this washer because it is simple to operate. I don't need all the fancy function that I don't ever think I ever going to use. This one fits the bill for those who looks for simple and efficient washer.

Love the washer. Can do large loads with ease. No worries about things getting caught on the agitator anymore

This is a decent washer for the money. It doesn't have a timer which would've been a nice feature to help manage my time when doing laundry. I also would've preferred to have a dispenser for the fabric softener. Without these two features, it makes it hard to set it and forget it. It does the job cleaning my clothes.

Great machine. Needed a large capacity machine that would fit in a limited space. Excellent option!

I replaced a 19 year old Whirlpool washer with this model. This is the first washer I have owned without an agitator. It will take time to adjust to not having a full tub of water like the older washers. I have to learn which cycle to use for different types of loads. I really like that I can wash pillows and comforters without feeling like they are getting damaged. I have only had the washer for 2 weeks but I think once I get used to all the new features I will be very pleased with it.

Needed a new washing machine to replace the one from 1996 , still worked but we needed to update , this new one is much quieter and efficient im sure that wr will see some savings o the water and electric bill.

I purchased this washer after the old one went out. Works well & runs a lot quieter than the old one. There's no bulky middle part therefore you are able to fit more clothes in & wash your comforters.

Went to Best Buy when we needed a new machine. I was looking for a good basic machine, didn’t need all the bells and whistles. We chose this one and are very glad we did. It has plenty of setting to choose from and suits our needs perfectly.

Lots of washing options, quiet, seems efficient, and is nice not having the center agitation stem.

Wish I had checked for a compartment to pour fabric softener at the beginning of the wash.

Great washing machine, everything works fine - however there is not a fabric softener dispenser. Great washing machine overall.

Couldnt go wrong with this washer. large space and good for duvets and heavy blankets. Great choice

We were trying for 'cheap' and decided to go with better and more capacity. It has new settings and performs well without the traditional agitator. The unusual sound pattern takes getting used to but was expected - just close the door and it's fine.
