We were trying for 'cheap' and decided to go with better and more capacity. It has new settings and performs well without the traditional agitator. The unusual sound pattern takes getting used to but was expected - just close the door and it's fine.

I love that it doesn't have a agitator and that i put more clothes in washer and all the different wash cycle

This machine makes a lot of weird noises. It seems to clean well, but does require a particular soap.

My fiance and I just moved into a new home and had to purchase multiple appliances. This washer was very affordable and just the style we were looking for. To date it is working very well. I highly recommend!

Love the size of the washing machine and the fact it doesn't have an agitator in the middle. I am able to wash my California king size comforter without a problem.

Bought this washer and a matching dryer for my daughter in college for her apartment. Reasonable price, was delivered right on time, and great service from Best Buy. Washer seems well made. Will have to wait and see how it holds up over time.

I like the impact of the changed tub design. The clothes feel cleaner and they are handled with softer cycle.

The washing machine works very well and does what it is supposed to do. I would have given it 5 stars but it is rather noisy

This washer is great. Huge drum. Super quiet. Easily fit king size comforter in it. Love the quick wash cycle. It automatically fills up according to how large your load is. Highly recommend!!!! Last washer had an agitator so happy this one does not!!!

Big tub, washes well, conserves water but, very loud.

Large capacity washer with no center agitator. Haven't used it yet but seems like it will work well. It's not too deep to reach the bottom - thank goodness! It is nice looking.

Had whirlpool duet front loader prior to this machine and absolutely hated it! I had nothing but problems! This machine is great! Holds big loads even a king size comforter! Spins everything pretty well!

I have had the washer for a short time, but seem to wash clothes ok. they come out very clean and very dry after spin.

My new washer is doing a good job. I'm still adjusting to not having the agitator, but my clothes come out clean so clearly everything is working as it should. It's a little loud when it changes water levels or adjusts the load, but I'm getting used to that as well. I'm happy with it after about 3 weeks. It's certainly easy to load & does a good sized load. I recommend it.

Only done a few washes so far but everything seems to work, considering it was dented on delivery and not very well installed. The drain hose was not in the drain properly and leaked my son fixed it so all is good now. It will take some time to get used to the different settings first wash took almost a hour and a half 2 rinses.

Great basic washer. Love the lack of impeller. Able to easily fit large items like queen size comforter. Clothes come out clean and well spun so dry more quickly. Highly recommend.

So far so good. I have only had it for one month. The only part I don't like is the softer set up. I have to wait until the wash gets to a specific cycle for me to add the softener.(The machine doesn't notify me either that it's time to add the softener.) If I don't put a personal timer, I forget to add the softener to the cycle. Other than that, its a great washer.

It was time for a new washing machine and dryer, so I went with the Whirlpool. Reliable name, and it was among the smallest regular machine to fit in my laundry room. Positive - it does clean clothes. Cons - whether this is common to all machines with no central agitator or not, it tangles clothes terribly. Sleeves, pant legs, stockings, all twisted up together. Each piece has to be untangled and shaken out before it goes in the dryer. Also, it locks as soon as you start it, so you can't leave the machine open while it fills and rinse out the detergent cup (small thing but with no sink in the laundry room the cup gets very sticky). I gave it three stars since it does do what it is supposed to do, but I would not buy this one again.

I like my new washer. It holds a lot off cloths . It was worth the money
