I bought this washer to replace one that was broken and it has been working great with no issues thus far

Mostly used by wifee who sings its praise. I've used it too, and find it simple and easy to use plus produces clean clothes. All straightforward

Did not accept old washer back at store and my refrigerator and home delivery was another 5- 6 weeks out??? I think in the future for me to come back and shop at Best Buy you need to take the old appliances back if I have to pick it up. I will be shopping else where in the future for appliances until you change this policy Cost me $ 25.00 to take it to recycle center

I'm very happy with the washer and dryer I got so far but I'm very unhappy with the cristiansburg va store .what is the purpose of having a item for sell if you don't have them in stock when someone needs them . I needed the set that day and I tried to buy them there I was even going to get a more expensive set but they didn't have any of the washer dryer sets in stock . I mean all of the ones they had on the floor for sell they didn't have any what is the reason for this

I have been happy with this washer...it is a little noiseier than I expected but, does a nice job on the clothes.

Different from all washers I have owned The HE is so different! Still learning! Such a difference having no agitator!

This whirlpool washer is good for what I need and is Easy to use.

The washer is amazing. I know that I wanted one that was 4.3 CU FT but the best part is that it doesnt have the middle section. It fits a lot of clothes in it and its not noisy at all. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

Purchased this washer in 2014 had no issues with it. Loved it actually. Donated the old one before the move to a new house and bought the same one again a month ago or so. This one does not function properly no matter what size load. Very loud and vibrates during a wash, during a spin jumps all over the laundry room. Had geek squad install it so yes it's leveled and properly installed. Yes I know how to load it and use it. This is just terrible and now I guess not returnable. Will never make another purchase at Best Buy. So disappointing and I waste of my hard earned money.

I have this product less than a month. I am amazed at how well the Whirlpool- Cabrio performs. It washes quietly and cleans thoroughly. I also like the the washing options. It is easy to operate.

I have only had the washer for a couple weeks but so far so good. Very simple to use and works great.

Washer works well, but is louder than we hoped. It has plenty of wash settings.

It had been many years since I had a new washer and I am highly pleased with this one. The tub is huge and i look forward to being able to wash even my comforters. It had tons of cycles to chose from but isn't too complicated. Just what I needed.

Washer works excellent. We chose this washer as we wanted a no frills type of washer. Having had washer from other vendors with more bells and whistles this dryer by far works better. Clothes come out very clean.

If you are looking for a simple machine with no fancy gadgets that could potentially break down the road, this is the one to get. This is very easy to use and has worked great for us.

I like the washer without the agitator. It took a few loads to get use to it, everything was tangled but once you learn how to load it, works fine. Very quiet, cycles seem to last longer then old washer, but so far, after a month, I have no complaints.

It’s a good washing machine. But this is our replacement for the kenmore that we had for over 10 plus years. It’s not a typical washing machine that requires a lots of water to wash your clothes. For normal cycle it will sense the weight of the load then fill up water little by little. But if you can choose bulk/sheet setting for Bigger load. Overall so far it does what it advertised!

I needed to buy a new washing machine after my last one broke. After looking through reviews and sales for a few days I decided on this one, and I'm mighty glad I did. For the price I paid, I couldn't expect anything better. It's HE and has an amazingly large capacity, easily holding 8 pairs of my (very large) jeans. It could easily hold 12 pairs of pants of any normal-sized person. The washer does seem to take a long time when set on the "bulky" cycle, for sheets, towels, and blankets. This is fine with me though, it does a great job at cleaning them.
