I love the large capacity of this washer. The different noises it makes takes a little getting used to, but it's not a deal breaker. Deep water wash option is also nice. Happy with this purchase!

We were in a hurry to get a washer before we left for 2 and 1/2 months and did not really do enough research. it is an adequate product for the amount we paid with the Price Match from Lowes, but not really what we expected in quality. Will probably get a new one when we return home, and give this one to a charity.

Size is good and the price is reasonable and fits perfet.

Washer does a very good job of getting my clothes clean

I should have known from the moment this wash machine was installed and didn't go through the test cycle without making noise it was bad. Noisy, metal scraping sounds. Would not spin correct, and clothes were soaked. I called the next day. Best Buy said it could be returned so I ordered an LG machine. The LG top loader is great! I would highly recommend. It is rated quietest on the market, and gentle on clothes. Thank you Best Buy for the wonderful customer service!

I had a 12 year old Whirlpool washer before this that I loved until the basin started rusting and leaving stains on my clothes. But I had certainly gotten my money's worth! This is a similar no frills model, but it has 2 drawbacks: 1) I can't "hurry" the cycle along like I used to with my old machine by stopping the spin cycle early or reducing agitation time for light loads; and 2) the Normal setting leaves my clothes so wrinkled! I find I have to wash my usual laundry on the "Low soil" setting so the machine's spin cycle doesn't batter my clothes to death. Wish I had done a bit more research before purchasing.

I like the no agitator, providing more room for your load of clothes!!

I really like my washer. I had the front loader machine and decided to switch to the old school style machines (top loaders). After researching different products we found this brand and warranty met our needs. Other companies had bad reviews once the warranty had to be used. The machine washes great and especially the white clothes. The trick especially for white clothes is to add some baking soda to your load along with minimal detergent and where the bleach goes add some white vinegar. We have no issues with the machine “dancing”, in other words balancing. I’m verh pleased with our product.

Wasn't interested in anything fancy. This is a basic washer that gets the job done. Good size, good price, easy to use and works just fine.

Seriously, whoever came OUT with the idea of getting RID of the agitator in the middle of washing machines is pure GENIUS. I purchase quite a few major appliances for my business, and this one is a performance machine. It is beautiful (!), it is SILENT (!), it is EASY for my child to operate (!), it doesn't destroy fibers in my clothes, or towels (!). It is made in the U.S.A. (!!) You deserve this washing machine. Get one. The only one better than this is the Samsung that actually plays tunes when the cycles are finished. HA!

I love my new washer. It has plenty of options for different types of loads and I love the way it senses the size of the load and uses the correct amount of water.

Like this washer, has no agitator so clothes don't get wrapped up & washer doesn't get unbalanced. Can wash a lot of clothes at one time.

Extremely quiet. I had to check to see if it was working. New design without a center agitator like my old washer. Auto water level is a nice feature. Good price.

I like the size of the inside and How it doesn't make a lot of noise

This washing machine is exactly what I needed at a decent price. I read the reviews of the machine on various sites and it rated high for inexpensive brand, not too far behind $1000 models.

I love this washer! we can get all our garments washed! it does a great job, and w no agitator its great for blankets, and sheets!

Best Buy's purchase, delivery and set-up went very well. We purchased a Whirlpool becuase of Whirlpool's reputation and becuase we had owned Whirlpool in the past. The product works just as it was expected to. We are happy with our purchase. We would have no difficultly recommending Whirlpool to a friend our a relative.

This washer is hands down the best we've ever had... It's so quiet, and it cleans our clothing amazingly well... Don't hesitate if you get the opportunity to purchase this washer!
