great washer, a little noisy but overall a great washer and a great deal.

The washing machine seems really great so far : ) It has large capacity and the clothes are very well wrung out when the cycle is complete.

I love this washer! We have 7 in our family and I love how big the capacity is. What took 10-12 loads a week only takes about 6-8 depending on what it is. I would purchase this again.

This is as great, efficient washer that is very easy to use. It has settings that take out the guess work on how to wash your clothes!

We've had Whirlpool appliances before, and knew the quality the name represents. We had not purchased a major appliance from Best Buy before, and we were very pleased at the courtesy and knowledge the installers showed, removing our old washer and installing the new one. The washer works great, is a lot quieter than our old one, and has a few extra features we are happy are available. We will check Best Buy FIRST, before we purchase anything else we need, since the delivery, installation, and removal of our old washer was free.

I was worried about not having an agitator, didn't trust things would get clean. But I love this machine! Great load options! It does take a long time to cycle, but worth the wait!

I returned a more "advanced" Whirlpool model, because it forced me to go through a whole program just to "spin" my clothes, again. I thought this one would be easier to operate, with real dials. To my great surprise, THERE IS NO PLACE TO PUT IN YOUR SOFTENER (or detergent, for that matter). I looked up on the web where and how to add softener. They suggest you push the "start" button to pause it after the first rinse, then add your product. What?! Are we back in the 1950's?? I am surprised that Whirlpool did not add a softener dispenser to this new machine.

Working as new after a few months of hard work stills running like new. Love my washer machine

Our new washer is a great addition for our clothes. the older Whirlpool had stopped wringing out clothes. This is the life with no agitator!

From reading some reviews beforehand I had some concerns but now, after using it for about a month, we are very happy with the washer. It is easy to use, for the most part quiet and does a good job at looking at water levels and such and adjusting. Never any vibration at all. The people at Best did a good job of delivering and installing. I feel like I got a good unit at a good price. In past 10 years I have bought over 20 appliances from Best Buy since I own rentals. Even so, I have never had problems and have always got good deals and no problems. On this washer it is used in my home so have a better idea of how it functions.

It works well. However it's missing 2 important features: 1. it doesn't have a detergent tray, you need to pour the detergent before loading. 2. it doesn't have end of cycle signal so if you forget, it'll just sit there which is bad in hot weather. Also it doesn't seem to be high efficiency, but I guess you'd have to pay more to get it.

My new Whirlpool washer is easy to use and has all of the great cycles I need. The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I appreciated the free delivery as well.
