First, we've rarely left reviews like this, but never have experienced this before. We previously owned a Whirlpool washer for over 20 years - worked great, had to replace it, things breaks with old age. This new one was delivered 11/4/19. 16 days later (yes, 1 day outside of the Best Buy return) we had issues with the washer. It was going from wash cycle, then to the rinse cycle, but it would never go to the spin cycle - it would return to the wash cycle. Service came out and "recalibrated" something - but just two days later - same thing. Had to take off of work to meet service before, now we are faced with the same thing - taking off work again so service can come out again. Will gladly update this review if this is corrected - or a new washer replaces this lemon we have.

It is a very spacious washer. I love the fact that it is an open washer hole without the twisting pole in the middle. Cloths come out perfectly washed and undamaged.

It’s a little noisy but gets the job done. Price was right.

This washer seems to have all the features that I would ask for but I haven’t had enough time to try to them all yet. It has a problem where sometimes it stops at the spin and locks the top lid, but it is under warranty and they are sending a technician to look at it. The child lock in general at the top is something I can do without as there are no children here, but I understand they all come with it now. I believe that for a household with children it would be a very good feature.

Very efficient and also very quiet. Uses very little water.

Overall great washer, slightly noisy but not enough to raise concerns.

I purchased this washer machine for my mother and I failed to purchase extended warranty :( Washer has been serviced once and tech was not able to get it working, now I must contact whirlpool again and see if they can get it to work this time around!!

This washing machine works great at our rental property, considering the abuse our tenants five our appliances! So far, so good!

This machine is amazing large capacity. It is very quiet when it runs which is a plus since it is close to the dining room table.

I have had this washer for about a month or so. It works well, fits great in my laundry room. This is my 3rd washer in the last 10 years. First one I had was a whirlpool cabrio and the drum went out completely, second one was a GE and was not able to fix it. I really hope this one lasts me about 5-7 years if it’s not too much to ask. I give it a 3 because I noticed it leaves spots on my clothes. I don’t know if it’s not using enough water to wash but some clothes also have dry spots. I’m trying to use smaller loads. I will come back in 6 months for a second review….

The delivery was great. They removed my old unit, connected the new one and ran the cleaning cycle before leaving. After the machine finished filling half way with water it turned off. I tried doing everything possible to turn it back on but it was dead. Had it exchanged for an LG that was $27 less and more feature rich. I wouldn’t recommend this machine to anyone. Look into the LG counter part. So much better.

Great capacity. Works well. Only complaint is start button.

This is a great machine with a large capacity for a very fair price.

my wife really likes this washer, and if you follow the load directions it works really well. runs quiet but most important read the directions and you won't have any problems.
