This machine is too loud , the lid is cheap and slams and doesn't have a dispenser for detergent or fabric softener. The only reason I purchased another Whirlpool is because I had a Cabrio for almost 14 years, which was made much better. This particular machines motor is loud and the gears switch often causing me to give it a 2 star review. I even called Whirlpool thinking something was wrong and that's what I was told. I replaced it with a Samsung Washer and happy with my decision.

Not worth the price

I've had to re-wash clothes b/c it did not get the debris off the first time. It's supposed to hold more minus the center but I don't think it can handle more than the old style washers.
