They called to let me know they were on the way and reminded me that they were only delivering & hauling away, and would not be installing. But my husband said that when they showed up they just went ahead and installed it for us as well! The 3 stars is because this unit is easily the loudest washer I have ever owned. During the spin cycle it is moving and bouncing all over the place. We have stopped it and checked multiple times and it is definitely not overloaded and there's not more clothes on one side than the other.

Pretty Good Washing Machine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told it was a direct drive with no belt on it by the sales woman but when I got it home and looked under it there was the belt. It works fine but doesn't have the fabric softener dispenser so we have to use one of those Downey Balls. It has a deep fill cycle for towels I like because it really fills the tub up.
