I like this washer because I can wash large things like blankets with no problem but I recommend using liquid detergent because the powder doesn't seem to dissolve completely.

The washer does a good job but there are a few things I don't like. You can't set the water level - the machine does a "sensor." You can't fill the washer with water while loading the clothes. It will not start filling unless the lid is closed. I have to add the detergent to the clothes before turning on the washer.

I love how big it is inside without having the agitator. You can fit a lot of stuff inside. I love that it spins while the water is filling up. I love that once it is on the rinse cycle, and it locks, you can pause it so it will unlock and you can put in the fabric softener.

Doesn't take long, not hard on delicates - efficient.

The wash machines is noisier than the previous Maytag that I had for 30 years. But the drum is huge and has no central agitator, so I am able to put in a lot of clothes. The wash cycles are all okay. No major complains, but its just a month old now (Feb 2017).

A nicely made top load washer. It holds a nice amount of clothes or bedding . Rinses out well.

12 wash cycle, and huge drum capacity definitely puts this washer as a number 1 value- just hope it's durable for more than 6 years

This washer holds more clothing that our last. Also, the washing machine runs quietly. Clothes have come out great!

Got it for the wife, so far it's been great and a Great work horse. Large loads too.

Good value / delivery went smooth / easy to earn the settings / I do almost a load every day and have no issues - clothes come out clean/ nice deep barrel / noises are different but no louder than any other washer I've owned.

This washer is great 5 stars easy to use as i have my mom leaving with me she doesn't do well with a lot of buttons this work fine for her to use

Run Quietly. Is huge inside and washes a queen size comforter with no trouble. Settings are useful and make sense

I purchased the washer and drier combo to replace a set that had seen better days. Arranged for delivery and set-up. Which turned out to be a good investment as the drier was DOA. The delivery people took the bad drier back with them and arranged for a new replacement to be delivered. Washer and drier working great now!

Overall very nice washer. Read tons of reviews online before purchasing, and have had no problems that were mentioned so far. The only slight downside is that is takes a lot longer to do a normal load then our old machine. From what I understand that’s because its HE though, so not mich can be done there.

I did a lot of research online and via friends before I chose this brand and model. My appliance repair man said it best “please buy a top loader that’s from a reliable brand like whirlpool, any model” I love the Pre soak option and the large open space to wash comforters. Per my friend’s advice, I use laundry mesh zippered bags for small delicate items including rayon tank tops. She heard top loaders are sometimes rough on delicates esp when doing a combined load.im very pleased with the washer!
