the washer is noisy, otherwise works fine

Also when i put less cloth (1/4 full), then the washer would shaking during spinning.

Checked the obvious stores [Depot, Lowes], ... couldn't deliver when I needed it. ''BB'' not only had the item listed upon their webpage in stock, ... they were able to deliver within 3 days, BOTH ITEMS, WASHER AND DRYER! The person who waited on us [husband and myself] was great, easy to talk with, without a ton of verbiage to sell a product.

As in the past, my on-Line purchase of this washing machine was a very pleasant experience. From ordering, communication for delivery, delivery and the removal and disposal of the old machine went without any problems. Very professional technicians that conducted the installation. This was my 4th on-Line appliance purchase, in the last 4 months, of which 3 of them required installation services. All have gone well, with no complaints.
