This washing machine is awesome! Tons of space, gets the clothes clean, and looks nice to boot. Only complaint is it is a little noisy.

This washer replaced a more expensive unit that did not last. We experience a lot of power surges so we needed a unit without all of the bells and whistles. Not much to this unit, definitely made of a more lightweight material and it makes a lot more noise, but so far it does a good job cleaning my clothes.

Great washing machine for the price. Large bin and not excessively loud.

My positives on this washer are: it's an HE washer, so it doesn't use as much water as I'm used to, and at first, it made me hesitant to keep it because I didn't think it was cleaning very well. However, clothes (even a shirt with blood on it, no pre-treatment) were clean before putting them into the dryer. I also appreciate the washer having no agitator because I can fit my queen-size blankets and they're not twisting around it/potentially ripping during the cycle. It's also surprisingly quiet, which is nice when my laundry is on the second floor next to my bedroom. My negatives on this washer are: even on basic settings with no extra rinse, it takes 3x as long as a regular washer to cycle through. I don't run laundry every day, and spending an entire Saturday is an excessive time suck (I know, #firstworldproblems). Secondly, the water will not run when you have the lid open. I understand this is a safety feature for people with children, but there should be a way to turn it off. It makes it impossible to rinse out the detergent cup (I don't use pods because they're too expensive) without running to a separate room, filling the cup, and dripping water and soap all over the floor to dump it into the washer.

It was delivered on time. The washing machine has great capacity. It runs quietly and is easy to operate. The load came out very clean and dry.

It took a while to figure out how to set the settings and make sure clothing was cleaned to my level of comfort. The loads tend to take longer and the machine tends to shake a little (read noisy here) while running. That being said, it has greater capacity than my old machine and is functioning well.

Bought this to replace front loading machine. Wanted something with decent capacity and without an agitator . Best Buy had this on sale so decided to take plunge . So far so good . Has great capacity and clothes come out clean and well spun . Need to pay attention to settings based on type of load being used . Otherwise one can easily run into issues

Great price, works well, holds lots of bulky laundry, a little on the loud side, but might be the fact I have it in a small enclosed laundry room.

We have had the washer for about a month now. Works fantastic and cleans the clothes well. We have not found the noise or machine movement that others have commented on. We followed the instructions to the tee about leveling the machine at installation as well as with proper loading of the clothes. It does make different noises than our 17 year old Kenmore it replaced, but once we learned what cycle variations the noises indicated, we have become very accustomed to it. The machine is not loud and does a great job! Try the different cycles to see which one works for you.

I read quite a few negative reviews about how noisy the washer is or how much it moves during the spin cycle...I took the reviews into consideration. At the time of purchase, I needed a washer ASAP. Price was a factor. As I would love one of those front loaders, I cannot justify putting all that money out. So, I opted for a less expensive model. So compared to what I was putting up with on my Maytag that didn't even last 10 years (prior I had a GE that lasted 20 yrs!) this washer is great! It is not whisper quiet, the spin cycle on the heavy duty setting is somewhat out of control but it's all god. You get what you pay for and this one is getting the job done with less water, less detergent. I'm loving it so far. It's been a little over a month. My husband and son are car junkies so you can imagine how dirty some of the loads are. I also wash for my grandfather. There are 4 peeps that I am washing for and the washer gets used every day, at least twice. So far so good. I do not have have any regrets. Hope this was helpful. It's a good little washer for the money spent.

We did out homework and read the reviews. We looked at this washer at three places, but it was Best Buy where we purchased...not because of the price which was comparable everywhere, but because of the service. We got it quickly, and we were not disappointed at all. We've had it for about a month and I am amazed at the efficiency. I read a lot of reviews about the noise, but I found it no worse than anything I've had. I love the large tub and the new sensor technology. It takes the guesswork out of load size. The Geek Squad is awesome too.

Awesome washer... works fast and efficient... I love the new washers without the agitator and the new sensor technology ...very affordable, you won't be disappointed.

My really old washing machine died on me so I needed a new one. I only have myself to take care of so didn't need anything really fancy or high priced. I have a whirlpool dryer and have been happy with that so I thought I'd get the companion washing machine. The large capacity is what sold me on this machine as it will make it easy to wash my bedding. I've not had any problems with this machine and it gets the job done. Best Buy installed it for me and removed my old machine. The guys who came to do so were very professional and did so very quickly.

Had Best Buy deliver. Delivery was right on time. The gentleman that did it were very professional. Started using it that day and it is great. Does large loads with ease. I can finally wash blankets at home without going to laundromat. Can't believe how much I can get in one load. Always purchased cheap washers which have very small capacity. It is great to wash everything in one load. I love not having my delicate clothes not torn up by agitator in middle. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This washer was purchased from a local Best Buy Store and although the lack of a center agitator was presented as a positive, what was not pointed out is how extremely noisy that makes the washer. To the point that it sounds broken when it's "sensing" and filling. An awful grinding sound that can be heard all over the house. In the salesman's defense, it's possible he did not know this, as he's probably never heard it running. We contacted Best Buy online customer service within 4-5 days of purchase to inquire about exchanging the washer for a different model. That was over a month ago and other than the auto-reply indicating they received the email, we have yet to hear from them. Very disappointing. We will be purchasing other appliances before too long and based on our experience with Customer Service, it won't be from Best Buy.

We shopped for awhile before purchasing this product. I was replacing a front loading washing machine. I have no regrets with this purchase, the only reason I don't give it a full five stars is that this model doesn't have a fabric softener dispenser, whirlpool should include a Downey ball. Love this washer, I can easily was a queen comforter and it rock!

This whole process wasn't quite as dreaded as I thought. I was able to browse without being bombarded by a salesman when I was ready my questions were answered. I always bought used washers so was excited to buy a new one. Delivery and set up seamless. Washer works well, I am not used to the less water, and I try to put some water in with the soap, but that is time consuming. This model doesn't have an agitator. Clothes have appear to come out clean no issues with washing so far so good. All in all I'm happy with this product.

This washer uses less water than a tall mechanical agitator style washer. However, this washer achieves better wash quality through higher RPM spin (660 RPM vs 300 RPM on traditional units) and agitation. I have put equally soiled clothes in either washer to have similar results. If required/desired, this washer has a mode that uses the same amount of water as the older style washers; but I haven't yet needed that mode. Result is significant water and electricity savings (less water= less load on the electric motor =less electricity).

So far I’m liking this new washer. It’s very quiet when washing and easy to use. Large enough to wash many things around your house.
