It is very noisy and doesn’t wash clothes well unless it’s “bulky items” (i.e. towels or bed linens) as the water level is very low on other settings.

We have done 2 loads of heavy and light washing so far and we are very happy with it. No vibration or jumping up and down or any back and forth movements compared to a GE washer we bought from Home Depot. Also the delivery was very good

The washer stops and you have to then add the softener. If you don't listen closely, the washer will stop and not continue until the softener is added and then restarted, adding time to the cycle.

The first one was delivered with a large dent in the back on the frame at the bottom and Best Buy got a new one put a week later. The only thing I am upset with was we had to be home for the second delivery and Best Buy did not offer anything but the new machine delivered for our inconvenience. I have heard that another major appliance store in town would have gave us a $100 gift card and refunded the delivery charge.

LOUD& Doesn't wet big items

Throw rugs don't wash well even in bulky selection. Came out dry in spots with dog hair still attached. 3. Shut off button doesn't shut off in 3 sec. and when it does shut off, it still empties/drains machine. The only way to really shut off is to unplug. 4. Very sensitive. Our water line didn't have enough pressure so therefore it didn't work. We had to pay $$$ for plumber to reconfigure water faucets.
