It works fine, takes longer than my old one

I under stand the safety advantage and it can be unlocked, just takes a little time.

Rough start but smooth sailing now

Once it was delivered it did not cycle properly through the settings chosen so I called in for a service tech to come out and have a look. Turned out a belt was loose and after he tightened it up, I have not had an issue with it. Seems like a solid washer machine.

We wanted something that could handle a variety of situations - and something large enough to wash blankets/comforters. The barrel of this thing is massive, and it washes well - though it does have a tendency to twist items very tightly.
