The washing machine works great! There were no problems after the installation and the machine works great!

We are very happy with our new washer...I was hesitant to get a top loader but I am sold!!! And Best Buy had an unbeatable price!

I would recommend this. The top load makes it more convincent to add clothes in and it fits Double of what my front load could.

I did not have a good experience with this washer at first. However, I kept trying different cycles and water levels. Finally I think I have found a way to get a good wash. First I pick a higher water level than the one that is shown. This gives enough water for the clothes I want to wash. Before I would pick a small level, and the clothes did not come out clean. But when I changed the levels to a higher wash, my clothes are much cleaner. I had a computerized machine and I loved it because there was no guessing on water levels and I did not have to stop the washer to add the softener. This too is troubling because I have to be on the lookout as to when it's time to add the softener. I moved and did not want to move my computerized washer, which I had purchased at Best Buy on Military Dr. I moved to an apt and did not want a large washer nor pay the movers to move and set up.

This washer is very good and an affordable price at all.

Works very well for the most part. DIdn't clean my comforter well though. Not sure if it was a detergent issue or machine, but that was disappointing. Large size is nice and saves me from extra loads.

Fantastic washing machine! So easy to use! Love it. Glad I bought it!

Washing performance seems fine, but noise is terrible—much worse than my previous non-HE Whirlpool (2015). The user can't possibly know whether the noises are "normal" or if there is a defect. Among other issues, the solenoids sound as if they were chosen for their loudness, and the spin cycle is accompanied by a constant rattle. I'm disappointed.

Both Washer and Dryer are very quiet. Great price. Nice capacity for larger loads. Whirlpool is a reliable brand.

Traded in a top load Samsung because it was inches too tall - and the wash tide inches too deep for her to use! My wife is 5'4'' and had to stand in her tip toes, kick one leg out and let herself 'fall' into the Samsung tub, still could get socks or panties off the bottom. This Westinghouse is shorter and the tub not so deep - though this washer doesn't have the electronic bells and whistles that I'd found so attractive, my wife can use it without feeling like she's an uncoordinated dork - and she loves the way it washes!

Washer works very efficiently, and has a cycle for just about everything. Washer is quiet during use. Delivery and installation was well worth it!

Not sure why you would need anything with more fancy features. This works great

Had a Whirlpool Cabrio washer since 2011. Started having issues about 3 months ago. Covered by extended warranty from big box home store. Diagnosed with bad transmission that could not be replaced. Received payoff to buy new washer. Wife likes the Whirlpool machines that doesn’t have a lot of geewhiz technology. Found this one at a good price. She has been using it for about two weeks and very pleased.

I absolutely love this washer. It uses very little water and gets the clothes very clean. I would highly recommend this washer.

Nice big capacity washer with simple knobs & spins so well some items feel dry already, I kid you not

It took some time getting used to the water saving feature of this machine but once that was done its pretty good. Occasionally I get pockets of lint on my clothes which requires re-washing. I think this is due to the water saving feature. I've seen better but I'm not dis-satisfied with what I have.

Purchased the washing machine about a month ago, works well, no complaints. Large enough to fit queen sized comforter.

Large capacity works well for our needs. Always have large loads to do

Basic top load high efficiency washer without bells and whistles. My only complaint is dark clothes have soap streaks on them if you only do a single rinse.
