this is a huge capacity machine ,which spins the clothes to a damp state. so shorter dryer time.

Well i would start by saying that this washer gave us a headache for 2 days try to get it to work buy we were not successful. Read 2times the instructions and we failed. Decided to call customers service and finally they were able to help. This type of washers is very picky lol but it works.

We were in need of a new washer and researched newer technologies. We found this one and loved that the new washer held more clothes and without the agitator we could wash comforters and pillows. I was on the fence between a Samsung and this Whirlpool but we went into Best Buy and they price matched it to Lowes so we got an awesome deal we couldn't refuse. The washer is working great. The sound takes a little getting used to because it sounds completely different than the older traditional washers but the clothes come out clean and smelling great.

Never had the new type before. It is a h.e. machine. It uses a lot less water, but our clothes are cleaner than ever. Love my new washer!!

this washer is so quiet and has great capacity. it is also a water saver

The machine is okay, but I am a get up and go person, so the cycles are a little long for me. Also, the lock feature is so annoying. If I need to take an item out it’s almost impossible. It’s very common on all new machines, I guess but it’s still annoying.

If you have to buy a new appliance then Best Buy is the place to go. I shopped around and most places the same machine was comparable in price. But then you get the advantage of home delivery, take away of the old one for free, and reward points. The new washer took a little getting used to but now I love it.

We have really been pleased with the performance of this washer. Replaced a Whirlpool agitator type washer.

You can't go wrong with a whirl pool. Awesome washer. Gets clothes really clean. Would highly recommend

I was really excited to get this washer as we loooooove our dryer. So far the biggest issue is its not getting our clothes dry. Clothes are really heavy and seem really wet. Id recommend purchasing warranty especially after reading many other reviews as well!

Love my new washing machine, started using the first day I got it. Whirlpool a brand name you can trust.

I live alone and don't need 1000 features...if I'm being honest, I don't even separate lights, darks and whites. I bought the washer and dryer together so they'd match and got a great deal because they were open box. The washer gets my clothes clean and the dryer gets them dry on eco mode. I run an average of 4-6 loads of laundry a month and my electric bill seems to like them too. I'm a happy shopper. Hard to beat Whirlpool.

great washing machine for the price, very efficient

Recommend this Whirlpool washing machine 4.3 with one exception, I don't believe it regulates water levels for small, medium or large loads. Washes large comforters with ease, large quantity of towels without having to do several loads....highly recommend this washing machine

We didn't need a washer with all the bells and whistles. We settled on this model and glad we did. For the money a good machine.

Only disappointment , should of done my homework on what HE meant. Hi effiency. Meaning saving power n water. With that said, I still prefer to use the old school washer that fills the washer w water to the TOP. It just seem soaking clothes in a full washer full of water seem more clean. This HE MODELdoesnt fill the water like that. Instead it base on weight n size . So it actually, just fill just enuf water to get your clothes wet. How that clean the clothes , go figure. But I learn to live it with it. And if it's saving me money. I'm for it.

Not the top of the line washer, but it does a good job of getting the clothes clean. So far, it has been easy to maintain. If the lid had a glass opening, I would have given this product a rating of 5.

I love my new Whirlpool washing machine. Without the agitator there is so much room. I do less loads and get more done.
