Decent washer for the price

This washer is ok but you have to be careful about loading evenly because if the load gets of balance the washer jumps all over the place. I feel like to can't load it as full as the drum appears.

amazed my improvements over the old washer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always bought whirlpool appliances... but the changes over the last one were a pleasant surprise... totally love that the machine can determine the amount of water needed... and while I hesitated to not have an agitator the proof is in the wash... clothes are thoroughly rinsed... and the washer, while a unique sound, is quieter than the old one...

Fine once I got one that worked

Best Buy had to deliver 2 machines before it worked. Machine cleans well now. Best Buy was very good to work with. Rep l aced the machine immediately.

Holy GIANT drum!

The delivery window given was only 1-2 days for delivery compared to Home Depot and Lowe’s(both quoted 1 month to 6 weeks). The delivery guys were not creepy, even though the main guy was young, he was knowledgeable & cared abt his work product. The delivery was punctual, quick and efficient!
