I really don't like the dryer and washer

The Washer and Dryer are very loud, and I do not like that the washer wont fill up with water before I add the soap. I like for the soap to mix evenly before adding clothes.

I am a property manager and always buy Whirlpool and General Electric appliances. Other non Ameticsn brands like Sam Sung gets parts from Korea and it takes a long time to arrive.

I like that the agitator is flat on the bottom of the drum. First new washer in 20+ years. I would prefer being able to set the water level like in pre-high efficiency models.
