I had a total of three washers from Samsung. After sending a repair man to fix my last one and not actually fixing it they just refunded my money. This one works great.

Bought for my Mom

Big cavity for washing comforters and even pillows. The only negative she has to get used to the load sensing for water conservation. She feels it should fill up more. Other than that she is very happy.
