Also first time with a water softener in 25 years. Will be anxious to see what a difference that makes as well. Took delivery after moving to new house 9/3/2020

Louder than anticipated

I had it delivered and installed and was up and running in 30 mins. Washer has all the options and settings you expect and can use all or as few as you want. The manufacturer suggests using a cleaning agent in the washer from time to time but it's the way things are now.

So far pleased

I love how big it is without the agitator in it. It is very loud at the beginning of the cycle which is a little annoying. Besides that really pleased with it so far!
