I have never had a HE washer nor a washer without an center agitator so I have been a bit leery, however my clothes seem to be getting clean. One of the least expensive models, I think I will end up very satisfied. I've only done 4 or 5 loads

Purchased for my mother. Seems to work well. She seems very satisfied with it.

This washer is good for small jobs and big jobs. This might not be Fancy but does it’s job.

It cleans clothes and easy to use. Easy to reach in and get everything out.

We needed a new washer pronto at our townhouse as our tenants were in desperate need after our 5 year old GE front loaded died and the electronic board was going to cost over $400, with NO guarantee of it being fixed! In short, this top loader is easier on the back when loading, and the capacity "feels" bigger because unlike the old top loaders we grew up with, there isn't the center agitator that restricts the amount you can toss in.

Washer seems to work ok. It is very noisy. Not thrilled about the purchase. Not sure if I will buy a whirlpool in the future

the delivery not so good. The first delivery the door wasdingedup it was not left at that time. on the next deliverd the das and times were all ceosed up. Finally we ggouy product was delivered and ok. Three weeks later we were making another purchas and were going to use our points the were not thereb and upon calling I was advised that because we chose 18 monyh same as cash we could not get the points.We were not advised of this at time of purchase.

I have the matching whirlpool dryer and thought, now I will have a matching pair when I bought this to replace my old washer. The water level never got high enough on any cycle to cover the clothes. All of the clothes did not get wet. Then as a step backwards, there was no softener dispenser. In the instructions it tells you to wait until the rinse cycle then add the softener. Who wants to stand there and wait to add the softener. I used it maybe .4-5 times and called Best Buy to see what I could do. They were very gracious and said that I could pick out another one. I went with GE and am totally satisfied. I have control over how much water I want to use and I can add fabric softener. I can’t thank them enough for their help with a replacement. I would not recommend this washer.

Have yet to fill it completely up. Can do 2 comforters for twin beds with no problem and room to spare

Does a good job of cleaning clothes but without an agitator it throws towels to one side during the spin cycle, then the machine starts walking.

Cleans clothes very well I also have the dryer which drys fast

The washer is pricy. The washer drains more water than my previous washer. The washer should be more water efficient. Also, the washer makes too loud of a noise when it's washing the clothes.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my new washer and dryer that I purchased through Beat Buy. They have both been running perfectly. The process from the start went smoothly. The purchase, pick up and entailment went wonderfully. I would highly reccomend purchasing from Best Buy. The staff is very helpful and friendly and I have had nothing but a positive experience.

The noises are loud and jarring. Still adjusting to the fact you can't select water level.

Overall I am pleased. There is no agitator and it has enough capacity to wash a queen sized comforter. It is quite deep which makes it slightly harder to reach the bottom, but I have tongs to help me, as I am 76.

I love my new washer, I love the size of the inside of washer. You can wash larger items with no problems
