Not exactly a sexy purchase, but we needed one. After looking at all the different models and brands we landed on this one. Read some reviews and most people liked it. After about 3 months now we feel this was a solid purchase. Will it last 15 years like our old one, who knows.

Self - Monitors the water level based upon the load size, which is different - but pleased overall.

Piece of Crap

One month after the warranty ran out the unit started dancing across the floor. I had to spend $400 to fix it only to find out from the service tech I should through it out and buy a Speed King. It's now dancing across the floor again and I can't afford to fix it nor can I aford it buy a new one. Over the last 50 years I've owned 4 other Whirlpool washers each lasting 10+ years.

We needed a replacement ASAP and needed to stay within a certain price range. We went to our nearest Best Buy and found this washer for sale as a display model It was the perfect price and within an hour we bought it, installed it and our tenant resumed her laundry. The washer works beautifully. Thank you Best Buy!!

Fantastic pair of guys delivered my washer on New Years Eve - removed my old one from basement, set up new, and explained how to use, all in less than 20 minutes. No mess; No fuss! Great!!!!!

It has taken a little getting used to because it uses so much less water and makes different sounds then I am used to but over all it works great and I am enjoying it. I hang my clothes out to dry and they are dryer then with my old washer.
