It was the most reasonably priced machine with a removeable agitator and has plenty of wash cycle choices to accommodate all laundry needs.

I purchased this with a removable agitator for larger items. It uses more water, which I am happy with because I felt like my clothes weren't getting clean in my old washer.

It is a little louder than we expected, but we know noise level cannot be compared prior to purchase. We have washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room with doors that can be closed when in use, so it is not a problem for us.

Not only does the water not reach all of the clothes to sufficiently clean them. Also be careful as the machine destroyed to of my brand new down comforters l. The agitator does not really move the clothes to wash them. When you remove the agitator to wash things like comforters it cleans the the bottom of the item and not the top as the max censor does not cover the large item. I found myself having to pause in between the cycles to move the comforters around to ensure each part gets washed . Also expect the spin cycle to shake like the machine is going crazy .

Before washing your first load, it is recommended to run an empty cycle using HE detergent and the ""Quick Wash"" setting to clean the drum and prepare the dispenser.
